Experience the midnight sun between Lofoten and Vesterålen

Charming place midway between Lofoten and Vesterålen. Access to a small boat with an engine makes it possible to go to the sea. The boat is in an old bullpen by the sea, and as my father and grandfather before us, we will have to drag the boat down to the sea and back again with pure muscle power. There is great nature, so both mountains, forests and the sea can be enjoyed. Now also from a new 25m ² terrace! The house is old, and somewhat worn, but works great as a holiday home for us. We hope you'll enjoy your stay.

Welcome to this idyllic old farmhouse on Tjeldøya. The northern Light can be seen right outside the door and during the summermonths one can see cruiseboats on the Tjeldsund strait. The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. This year, it may be especially attractive to be able to come to Bjørklund farm for Norgesferie.

Charming cabin sleeps 5. The house has electricity, but no running water. It belongs to an outhouse at the cabin. The cabin is close to the sea. Short trip to both mountains and water with the possibility of trout and smoking fishing and great hiking opportunities. Also great possibilities for grouse hunting for autumn. Lovely sea and mountain views, with midnight sun almost all night. Short distance to Lofoten, Andenes and Senja. Nearest shop is 15 min drive.

We had a wonderful time at Therese's and Ron's place. the communication was very good. we stayed 5 nights at the accommodation and we enjoyed it very much. especially the whirl pool. :-) the house is in a very quiet area where you can relax very well. :-) we can highly recommend the place. :-)

The house is nicely renovated and furnished with electric gadgets and high quality. The house in itself is already an experience👍. Alex is very compassionate and flexible. We stayed 2 nights in Hans' residence. It is a super cozy cabin with a beautiful view. The jacuzzi is also really wonderful! It is quietly located and the ideal base for a trip in the Vesterålen. We will definitely come back here when we are in the region again!

Beautiful place, stayed here for 1,5 weeks, saw lots of eagles, moose and reindeer, all within 15min of the house. Even saw otters swim by from the house one morning. It has beautiful sea view and the host is very nice. Was also enjoying the ping pong table next door! Hike starts right out the back door and many other hikes in the area. Recommended!

Staying at Roger’s place was amazing! As he mentions, you hear the main road that passes by not too far, but it isn’t really an inconvenience. Otherwise, as others have mentioned, there are no thick blinds in the bedroom, so we ended up using some blankets to avoid having too much light in. All in all, we had a really great time. We even took the canoe for a little trip around the river. Thanks for everything Roger!

this place was just wow....panoramic view of the eidsfjord, spotless and cosy interior (the photos do not do it justice) and lots of thoughtful touches around the cabin. We loved fishing in the fjord in the evening. Great stay!
