On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

It is centrally located in Kristiansand city center with walking distance to nice restaurants and, not least, the city beach, Aquarama, Kunstsiloen and the fishing jetty. 50 meters to the popular shopping center Markens, as well as the zoo and IKEA about 10 km away. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, as well as outdoor furniture and a cozy glazed terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Coffee/tea and basic dry goods as well as condiments are provided. No animals allowed.

Construction work in the area. The Palmesus festival will be held on Bystranda from June 25–27, 2026, and will involve assembly and dismantling before and after the event.

Cozy newly renovated loft apartment with two bedrooms in the center of Kristiansand. It is a 5 min. walk from the train & bus station. Consists of living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Located on the 4th floor, no elevator. The kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. The largest bedroom has a double bed (150 cm). The second bedroom has a single bed (90cm). The beds are ready upon arrival.
