The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in the Windecker Ländchen. The circus wagon is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to Koelnmesse).

Es gibt drei Betten, ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich und ein Doppelbett auf der Empore. Nach einer Wanderung oder einem Tag in Köln (ca.35 Automin. entfernt) kann man hier entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen!

This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to about 74 square meters. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment offers, among other things, washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices, etc., TV, free Wi-Fi.
