Please relax and enjoy the 100% hot spring privately. Niseko Yumoto Onsen "Oyunuma" Sulfuric Spring It is a hot spring that has been used since ancient times to improve illness and physical condition. Altitude about 600m. It is located in the quiet depths of the mountain, far from HIRAFU, in "Oku Niseko" Rankoshicho. In the national park, you can see "Cisenupuri" right in front of you. Mountain climbing and hiking during the green season Winter is a hidden gem for those who enjoy backcountry skiing and snowboarding. The right side of the building is exclusively for guests, and the left side is the host's home office, with independent private design and soundproof walls inside.

A small town located between Sapporo and Otaru, enclosed by mountains and the sea HZ HOUSE is located 20 minutes on foot from JR Zenibako station, along the scenic coast. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Recommended for those who enjoy driving Next to HZHOUSE is MUSIC & BAR Zenraku, run by the host. (Open Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to midnight)

This building is like a fully independent two-family house. This is a cozy 1LDK private rental, perfect for 2 people. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and is recommended for up to 2 people. Pets are allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is 200 yen per person per night▽.

Would be able to have relaxing time and good sleep in bed rooms have Japanese traditional tatami and shoji (sliding paper door).

This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.
