A small, barrier-free guest house that was born in January 2020. There is a ramp to the entrance.There are no steps in the room. There is no bathtub. We provide plenty of towels, amenities, and room wear (summer only) so that you can come with less luggage. We offer home-roasted coffee in a drip bag every day (roasted on the same day). The entire building has a water purification system "Ryo Water Workshop" and a water softener, and all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.A supermarket is a 3 minute drive away, and there are also places to eat and drink within walking distance. Drinks and snacks are available from the vending machines on the premises. On-site coin-operated laundry (for a fee) has a washer dryer and a large dryer. There is no TV.You can work or watch videos with high-speed WiFi. Even if the internet is disconnected due to a power outage, there is a backup Starlink. Lie in a hammock on the rooftop and enjoy the starry sky. Free parking Electric bicycle rental 2000 yen a day (long-term discount * 10000 yen a week) The owner is Japanese.It happens.

* Enjoy a special time at this newly built designer villa * A newly built concrete house in a quiet residential neighborhood on the bay side. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (can be changed into 3 rooms with partitions). Room 1 has 1 bed and a folding bed in the closet. Room 2 and Room 3 can be easily separated by a partition door. Each room has one bed. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living space on the second floor. In the kitchen, you can enjoy cooking with fresh local ingredients, and spending time with family and friends while watching the bay view will be a special travel memory. The living room has a 75-inch Google TV, and you can relax on the spacious sofa and daybed. The bathroom has a bathtub where you can relax. Enjoy your stay in this luxurious new home by the bay. *Note* The railing on the veranda is currently as shown in the photo, but the gap is large, so we have installed frosted glass to prevent falls. The bay view cannot be seen from the height of the sofa. Please note. Please note that the shower side of the bathroom is slightly narrow.

Floor area: 120 ㎡ We are renovating the interior from 1/6 to 3/20 in 2021. We plan to mainly focus on the floors, walls, and kitchen area, which show signs of aging. (Photos are scheduled to be posted in April) We look forward to welcoming you, while maintaining the same prices. A quiet place surrounded by Okinawan scenery, just a 5-minute drive from Miyako Airport. There are few private homes, and the area is dotted with villas, including both neighbors. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky and moonlight, and be healed by the surrounding lush scenery. This is a condominium type accommodation that is rented out as an entire house. Spend time with family and friends in a private space.
