A great setup in a beautiful location for relaxing and exploring. Such warm welcoming hosts who showed us the ropes and then were happy to leave us to it or be responsive if needed. Our 3 girls loved the loft, with the 3rd smaller bed up there being plenty big enough for our tall 11yo. We hope to visit again.

What a beautiful stay! Great communication from Megan. The house was immaculate, modern and warm! Winter pyjamas definitely not needed! Super handy location to everything, only a quick drive to the towns centre. Really appreciated the games cupboard, one less thing I had to pack for the kids! Thanks Megan, will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The backyard was gorgeous and you can view the lake from here and there are cute lights around the back porch. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to watch the sunsets followed by the hot tub afterwards! Highly recommend!

What a spectacular view and nice place to stay! Christine and Peter’s place is a marvel on top of The Point and Lake Taupo was stretched out before us. They were so friendly, greeting us and showing us around and offering great advice about the area. We loved staying there. Thank you Christine and Peter!

Such a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space—it’s clear the hosts really care about creating a great experience. The bed was super comfy, the view was beautiful, and we appreciated how peaceful the area was. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent from start to finish. We’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angela's place. Beautifully presented and ideal layout for 4 adults. The fireplace was fantastic after a very wet day at the racetrack. We walked up to Ploughmans for a casual pub dinner which we all enjoyed and was an easy stroll back down the hill. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Jane’s place! The house is lovely, with a beautiful green setting and a fantastic garden where we enjoyed relaxing. The bed and couch were both large and very comfortable, making our stay extra enjoyable. Andrew and Jane were friendly and communicative hosts. Great place just a short drive out of Taupō central. Everything was great very clean and tidy. Night one was better with no one upstairs as night 2 was a little noisy.

The Team went above and beyond accommodating our needs. We had to cancel our next lodging due to cycle/bad weather and road closures. The team were quick to respond to our request to stay an additional night. Can not say enough about the location,. The lake and volcano views are beautiful. Walk paths right at our door. The place sits up above the road so you have great privacy but still can watch activities. The out of GeoThermal Spa was the hit of this unit. So relaxing to hop in 2-3 times a day, and we did! Cooking meals on the outdoor Weber BBQ was perfect and the lovely kitchen was fun to prep and cleanup afterwards. We just can’t say enough positive things about this unit and the team!

We loved this place. Great living area for socialising, well equipped kitchen, showers had awesome water pressure, several lovely areas to sit outdoors. Perfect for our family get together with some of us staying onsite and others in the town centre. And later some items we'd left behind were returned to us which we were grateful for.
