You can rent a small old house and a large Japanese garden, limited to one group per day. Spend your days like a local at this place, which is close to the Seto Inland Sea. We have 2 electric bicycles and 5 bicycles available. They are available for free to guests. You can also take your bike on the ferry to Naoshima and Teshima. Insects may enter the house depending on the season, as the garden is close to the old house. We are taking measures, but please refrain from booking if you are not good with insects. When you come by car, we ask you to check in by yourself. When you come by train or bus, we can pick you up and drop you off at Uno Station. There is another traditional house nearby. We offer a small Japanese house as a private lodging. There is no bed because the Japanese-style room is carpeted. It is spacious enough for about 3 people to sleep on futons. There is also a beautiful bathroom that is a renovated old Goemon bath and a small kitchen. It is about a 10-minute walk from Ieura Port. Haus2354 is within 5 minutes walking distance from Ieura Port, the main gateway of the island. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.
