Comfortable and peaceful apartment with everything you need and extra coffee, snack cookies, and morning porridge! My needs in a great location.

This listing is a must-see! This is not just a "pearl of the fifths", as someone mentioned, but a crown jewel! Such a beautiful, tidy and peaceful place, where all the details were taken into account (guest shoes, clean tablecloth in the kitchen, beautiful and stylish decor of new and old side by side, great bedding). The apartment is bright in the summer, but I, who sleep in the dark, solve the matter with two separate blackout curtains that I got to put on the curtain rod. Thank you Jukka and Ulla for the experience offered by your 100+ year old accommodation.

We had a very pleasant stay at Essi‘s home. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and the short walk to the grocery store. It was easy to get in to the apartment and Essi was fast and responsive in communicating. Thank you!

Everything went brilliantly and seamlessly with Hanna. I received clear instructions for check-in and checkout, and Hanna responded quickly to messages. Even the little person was wonderfully remembered. The apartment was clean and everything was beautifully set up.

We needed a foster home for our family of three for less than a week in Saaristokaupunki and this was a compact, but even more comfortable alternative to our needs. The apartment was really neat, it had everything you needed, the host always responded quickly and the house was quiet. I recommend it!

A cozy apartment in a quiet area that was comfortable to stay in. From this base, we were able to get around the Kuopio area smoothly by car. We found all the necessary equipment in the apartment. The apartment itself was also easy to find. There was a well instructed arrival and general things on behalf of the host. We can warmly recommend both the host and the apartment!

We enjoyed the holiday here with my family of 5 and friends. A great place to stay with a bigger group and just next to the Tahko Mountains. Sauna was great addition after a long day outdoors. Living room & kitchen was nice open space where we spent most of the time together and the bedrooms offered privacy if needed. We can warmly recommend this place!

My wife and kids loved it. You'll need to stop by in the summer, so you can take a dip from the yard sauna.

It was a nice townhouse with plenty of space and clean. Nice garden with the possibility to sit outside and a complete kitchen. Tiia was very helpful before and during the stay.

Kurjala was a lovely place for a peaceful women's weekend. There is a lot in the yard where we watched the stars and listened to the silence around us. The kitchen is well-equipped and the cottage had comfortable space for a stay. Warm recommendation!
