Renovated two-room apartment (45m2) in Pieteettilä, with bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto. The apartment is in a terrace house without an elevator in Päivölä, which was completed in 1939. The center of Kotka is about 13 km and Karhula about 3 km. The apartment has been renovated as much as possible to its original state, and it is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with furniture designed by Aalto. We wash textiles with odorless detergents.

The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.
