This place was a dream, the house has a beautiful atmosphere and it is all well designed and built. We felt right at home and with Chino and Peter as neighbours it was a lovely stay. The beach is 5 min away and beautiful - we had the whole beach for ourselves and enjoyed every minute. Peter showed us around to some artisan workshops and made us feel really welcome. A perfect place to enjoy life, family and nature. Thank you!

This is a 3-room home with a living room and kitchen. Although there are no shops near the suburbs, there is a countryside view in front of the door and you can walk around. The only thing to be careful of is that the road to the house is narrow and the intersection to turn in is easy to miss, so you need to be very careful. It's quiet here at night, and we only use the tatami room, and we sleep well here.Although the house looks old, you can see that the owner takes good care of it, the house is very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there is an automatic coffee machine for guests to enjoy coffee.The coffee is delicious. There are plenty of drying racks and hangers in the laundry room, which makes it very convenient for me to use because of laundry needs.The landlord also considered the heating needs of the old house, which is very helpful for those of us who are afraid of the cold, especially when taking a shower, it's warm and comfortable. The house provides plenty of spare cloths and towels for guests to replace, and there are vacuum cleaners for guests to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. This part is also very commendable. Guests don't have to waste paper towels to wipe the table, and they can maintain the environment themselves. From the many details of the house, you can see that the landlord is thoughtful in the maintenance of the house and the needs of customers.Especially in contact, the host will respond as soon as possible, and the travel information provided is very helpful. The unexpected twist is that I have a piece of clothing left in the B&B and didn't bring it. After contacting the host, he was willing to help send it to the next place I stayed without further ado.He was really a very attentive person, and even took the initiative to contact the accommodation to explain the situation of the package, which made me feel very reassured. The hosts were very welcoming, accommodating, and responsive. The cottage was even better than expected and a block from the beach. Also very close to Aoshima island. Highly recommend!

Very friendly hosts, beautiful surrounding right next to the beach and close to the city. Good location and very nice apartment! Can recommend!

Anyway, the view overlooking Kagoshima is the best, and the interior is also very clean. The owner kindly told me about the nearby supermarket and butcher shop, and I had a fulfilling stay.There were also board games, and it was fun! There is also a cafe on the first floor, where they served delicious drinks, and we had a lovely time after our stay. I will stay there again when I come to Kagoshima.Thank you so much!

We greatly enjoyed this beautiful place with is typical Japanese and extremely spacious. We did not have a car so the bus stop 10 m from the house was ideal to go to Miyazaki or towards Aoshima. There is also a JR station within 10 minutes walking distance for faster connections. Great host that helped with questions about activities. We strongly recommend this place which is close to Miyazaki and Aoshima and its beaches. 5 stars definitely !
