Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The place is located between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019. In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
