I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful apartment, amazing rooftop pool with an even better view. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were very helpful, always asking if everything was ok and if there was anything missing. If I were to return to Croatia I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was fantastic. The communication with Sabine was wonderful and she was always quick to respond. We were able to get to know her, as she was also on site and found her very likeable. She renovated the old house wonderfully and lovingly. Due to the available structure, creaking floorboards are unavoidable, but did not bother us further. We felt very comfortable. Particularly beautiful was the location right on the water and you could jump right into the sea. On site the smaller restaurants were all wonderful. It was a beautiful little relaxing place not frequented by mass tourism. We will be happy to come back.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The place is really highly recommended! It was sparkling clean and everything you need in a vacation apartment was available. The kitchen is very well equipped and spices, oil, vinegar, etc. are available. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the sea right outside the door. For us, it was great that the hosts provide free bicycles, SUP, kayak, loungers, etc. Davor and Suzanne are very friendly, always available and yet discreet. Before that, he gave us many tips for excursions. All in all, a great accommodation where you can feel right at home.

The apartment was sparkling clean and extremely spacious, ideal for a comfortable stay. The terrace is a real gem – spacious, quiet and perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We especially want to commend the hostess Melita, who was extremely kind, welcoming and always available. We felt right at home. We recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace, comfort and a warm welcome.

We really enjoyed staying at Anita's. The house fully matched the description, the property is fully enclosed and is located right on the waterfront. The house was really clean on arrival and the earlier check-in worked great. The hosts were very friendly, asked at every encounter if everything was okay and responded immediately to our questions. In the immediate vicinity you will find a pebble beach which is really good for the children. Opposite the house, the ground is stony and therefore bathing shoes are recommended. We would definitely come again

Petra’s place was perfect for our stay ! The view is amazing and Kali was really quiet and beautiful ! Her husband gave us really good recommendations of restaurants. They were both really kind and helpful, our stay was perfect

Super nice host. He picked me up from the supermarket when I couldn't get a Bolt or Uber. The apartment is very well equipped and except for the bed, everything is in very good condition. The centerpiece is, of course, the balcony with the magnificent view.

We highly recommend this beautiful place and would have liked to have stayed longer. The apartment is spacious, very clean, superbly equipped and the highlight is the balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Access to the sea is right in front of the house. In our time, there was little going on on the small concrete beach and swimming in the Adriatic was great. Danica and her husband are very pleasant hosts. Our dog also felt comfortable with you directly :)

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)
