The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overflowing beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the first floor : 1. Double bedroom, 2 . Children's room (2 beds)as well as bath with shower, bath and toilet. In the basement, there is a second toilet. Dogs only on request !!!
