Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Our beautiful 3-room apartment "Spatzennest" is located on the top floor of the house, where you can enjoy the view from the balcony. Due to the very good location in Kühlungsborn-West, you will find everything you need for a nice vacation in the immediate vicinity: the long sandy beach, the promenade, many restaurants and bars, the concert garden, the city forest and many other places for various activities. So you can leave your car for a few days.

Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
