The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

There is also a gym with an outdoor gym in the neighborhood. Across the street from the accommodation, there is a newly built bicycle path, which you can use to travel around Kuressaare on foot, on wheels, on roller skates. In addition, there are also Kudjape disc golf courses, the largest shopping centers in Saaremaa AURIGA, LIDL, SELVER, COOP. Wonderful place for a holiday with the whole family.

Use of the sauna is included in the price. Outside of the house there is a terrace and a large dining table with a canopy. The toilet is located in a separate cottage.
