اول شي اشكر الاستاذ خالد على استقباله لنا ورحابة صدره السكن جدا هادئ ومميز سكنا في الطابق 16 اول يومين بعدها تاذينا من جارنا بضرب الجدار كذا مره ينبهنا ان لا نتكلم داخل الغرفة وهذا الشي ضايقني لان العمارة كاملة ليس بها عوازل فتحدثت مع الاستاذ خالد وشرحت له اللي صار وكان جدا جدا جدا متفهم معي وقالي جهز اغراضك خلال نص ساعة انقلك شقة في نفس الطابق وافضل من اللي انت فيها الان لا من ناحية اثاث جديد ولا من ناحية راحة لنا داخل مسكنا واستمتعنا بااسبوع كامل بدون اي ازعاجات . شكرا للاستاذ خالد على بشاشته ورقي في التعامل انسان جدا متفهم وراحة النزيل عنده اهم شي وان شاءلله راح اتعامل معاه في المستقبل

Everything was excellent. I made several different requests, like extra blankets and tissues, and each time they provided them quickly and without any issues. No matter what time of day or night I sent a message, they always responded very quickly, politely, and with a positive attitude. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will definitely book this place again.

ilk olarak belirtmek isterim, Kendi Ailem ve Misafir Aile için Rezervasyon yaptım iki Daire, Khaled bey öncesinde ve Misafirlik süresince gayet beyefendi ve Saygılı ve Nezaketli tavri ile gayet muhteşem bizi ağırladı konutlarında. Bu dairede 2 yetişkin ve 2 cocuk misafir kaldı ve herseyden çok memnun ve basta hijyen konusunda cok rahat etiler. Konut Sahibini tekrar burdanda tebrik etmek isterim, girdiğim ve gezdiğim en temiz Istanbuldaki Konut diyebilirim her ikiside. Konum olarak istanbulun her semtine sadece 1 Saat mesafedesiniz, Marmaray'a 5 dakkalık bir Otobüs ile ulastıktan sonra, Eski Istanbul, Anadolu Yakası ve Marmaray düzergahında bulunan her Semt sadece 15-25 Dakka arası. Bir istanbullu olarak diyebilirimki Arabadan ve Taxiden cok cok daha kolay Istanbulun nerdeyse her kösesi,ne ulasım cok kolay. Tebrik ediyorum Konut sahibini ve Başarılarının devamını diliyorum.

It was perfect experience for me. The host was very responsible and respectful. We liked the house. It was clean and same as in decryption . Host was very polite and communicative. The location was good too. The taxi station was under the house, so there was no problem with taxi. Also there is Starbucks and Migros. All life needs were under your hands. Thank you for this hosting.

Great place, highly recommended

Laith is a blessing in disguise. Super helpful, responsive and one of the nicest most genuine people I’ve had to pleasure to meet. This was my very first experience in Istanbul. Laith gave me recommendations, directions and even introduced me to one of his close friends that happens to live in the same building. Super helpful because he speaks 5 languages so communicating was made FARRRRR easier. I would recommend not only this Airbnb but any that Laith hosts. Can’t say enough great things about the experience. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure. Thank you my brother. 🙏

Es war eine Schöne Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Istanbul Mall nur 3 Stationen entfernt, Outlet zu Fuß erreichbar, Lema Klinik in der Nähe.

Very recommendable. Nice and clean apartment, very good communication with the host, nice spa in the hotel that you can use. The only downside for when you want to stay there because you have an event in the hotel is that they close the door to walk into the apartment complex from inside the hotel at 11 pm, so in the night you always have to walk from outside.

Mon séjour chez Laith a été absolument parfait ! Il est un hôte exceptionnel, hyper sympa, à l'écoute et très accueillant. Le lieu est impeccablement propre, calme et exactement comme décrit.
