The host was super helpful and really on top of things. You can tell he put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — like having a wagon trolley ready and even some light snacks, which was a nice touch. The place is in a great spot if you're looking for a budget-friendly weekend getaway or just somewhere comfy to crash. It’s a short walk to the beach and has awesome amenities like a swimming pool. There are also some good food spots within 5km, and it’s really easy to get to with the highway and nearby attractions close by.

The exterior of the guesthouse features a modern design with a covered entryway, showcasing a large, open area suited for vehicle access. Flanking the sides are potted plants, adding a touch of greenery to the space. Large windows allow natural light to fill the entrance.

very nice place, great value for money, quiet surrounding, quite new unit, near to the mosque for terawih, near to uia, spacious parking, living area, each room have own toilet very privacy n convenient. the only thing need to improve is the fan at the living room, better replace to new one cause take time to start. tqvm

Everything is good, and we are, as a family, satisfied with the stay. It is comfortable and suitable for short and long-term stays, and it is clean. The kitchen was complete. The beach was very nearby (about 100m). Mini market and 7-Eleven store are on the main road (about 1.5 to 2kM away). A helpful host. It is highly recommended.

Nice place which is close to beach and water activities. The condo has min water park which is nice for kids to swim and have fun . Host is very cooperative and helpful. Will visit again when I come to Kuntan . Thanks again .

Overall a perfect stay for a family in Gambang,kuantan nice place to stay & stratergic location beside main road. House was clean and tidy, looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Simple living room and 2 kitchens(dry&wet) All amenities stated were provided.2 bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning,queen/single bed,towel as well as ceiling fan. Price was reasonable. The house owner was helpful and provided fast response to our needs. recommended to stay here if u stay in gambang& will surely come again if we visit.

Its very clean and have very beautiful city view . I stayed during the new year date and got to see amazing firework from our bed .

the host is young but very polite and very responsive. very easy to deal with. the place is nice and clean, only the plates and utensils are dusty. the rest about the place is great. my kids really enjoyed the Nintendo and the pool. overall, I recommend this place. thank you
