I had a great stay at Irza Homestay Indera Mahkota. The house is super clean, cozy, and well-equipped exactly like the photos. The location is very convenient, close to shops, town and lots of local food options just walking distance. The host was very responsive. The Wifi is accessible and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay in Kuantan. Will definitely come back again.👍

very nice house to stay with your whole family. all facilities provided were working good. host also very friendly and helpful during our stay. very recommended and will repeat the stay whenever we came to gambang ☺️

The actual property was exactly as shown in the photos. My kids loved the small water playground! The house is peaceful and conveniently located near the place where we went to watch turtles. One issue was that the rubbish bags outside were disturbed by stray animals, and the next morning, the rubbish was scattered everywhere.

The location was perfect, the home was spotless, and all amenities were exactly as described. Communication was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, fast wifi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home! Felt like Datok Datin vibes! High ceiling making the space around feels very spacious! Everything works! Awesome washing machine and dryer! Nice furnishings and furniture! Really can see the effort from the host to keep the place clean. Fresh bed and towels! I admit the place is quite difficult to locate and I'm guessing because it is still very new. Overall, I would recommend this homestay! Thank you Mr Firdaus!

Great location for short stay

The stay is awesome and suitable for big family. The place also complete with kitchen utensils and cooking appliances.

Both Timurbay's stay and facilities are of high quality. Good internet, lovely shower, pleasant bed, nice pool, right on the beach and an excellent host. We stayed for 6 weeks and got housekeeping in between, which made the stay great! Timurbay is easily accessible with a bus stop in front of the door, and grab is also easy to do. Finally, there are nice restaurants and shops in front of the property. Even a good supermarket, ideal!

The unit is facing sea-view. Host very responsive. Stable internet connection and we enjoy the Android Tv box. Facilities is awesome. Swimming pool fantastic - guest can swim till 10pm!

Strength: 1. Very responsive prior to check in 2. Flexible with the check in time 3. Excellent location, beautiful and well maintained apartment Weakness: 1. Not as proactive as other hosts in contacting the me before the day of check in - I initiated the conversation in AirBnB app but got no response. Only after contacting the listed number via WA did I get a response. Can improve on this 2. Although generally well maintained, some parts of the apartment felt run down (plastic casing of key and access card a bit flimsy, aircond remote battery needed replacing, flood paneling coming off at the edges) - hope can improve these too 😊

The place is clean and cosy, lots of eateries around, within walking distance. The unit comes with a dedicated parking lot, which is very, very convenient. The pools are fabulous. You have a choice of swimming in the pool or at the beach, which is just behind the building. Had a great stay and would certainly come again. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The room was nice, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect—just next to the beach and surrounded by plenty of eateries. We especially loved the beach-facing view from balcony. The kids had an amazing time too, both at the beach and enjoying the family-friendly amenities. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing getaway

I had a fantastic stay at TimurBay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The beach was just a short walk away, and the facilities especially the pool were excellent. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), and overall we had a good experience! Sleeping space was sufficient for all of us, and the studio layout worked well. There were two air-conditioners, and both worked really well — super cold, which was great after a hot day out! Cleanliness, tidiness, and the overall layout were excellent — even for someone like me who’s very particular about cleanliness, this place passed with flying colors. The balcony with a drying rack was a huge plus — perfect for doing some quick laundry during the stay. Just a small tip: if you’re traveling with a bigger group, you might want to bring a few extra blankets. Only the queen bed had a thick comforter, while the others had thinner ones. Also, the drying rack in the bathroom wasn’t working during our stay — if that gets fixed, it would be even better! Overall, a comfortable and well-maintained place. Would recommend!

The host is amazing. Very kind and responsive. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. His response and communication are very assuring. I have a little anxiety in case our accommodation was doubled booked, but all was good. I feel safe and secured during our stay there. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beaches with soft sand. We went there in a big group, our children really enjoyed the beach, ATV and the pool. Vast eating places around the area too. Thank you for being a great host!
