great host, clean house, clear instructions

Nisa’s house was super comfortable. The house was stunning actually compared to the price. Felt welcomed like my own house. The kitchen is completely furnished with branded dishes and utensils. And there was a modern hob and hood. They were functioning very well. Beds and sheets very clean and comfort and soft. Felt like 5 star hotel beds. And I love ikea’s towels! The dining table was big. Fit to 6-8 people. The living room was beautiful. Toilet was clean. 80% of furniture in that house was coming from ikea.

very nice place, great value for money, quiet surrounding, quite new unit, near to the mosque for terawih, near to uia, spacious parking, living area, each room have own toilet very privacy n convenient. the only thing need to improve is the fan at the living room, better replace to new one cause take time to start. tqvm

Great with big family. Everybody got their own beds. All room have aircond except for the living room. Parking can fit 3 cars. Worth the money

The location was perfect, the home was spotless, and all amenities were exactly as described. Communication was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, fast wifi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amat dihargai. ----------------------- Congratulations! we stayed at Noralifah's property for 3 days and 2 night (August 2024). Nora was very easy to contact and very responsive. The property interiors were what have been shown in the photos. Nora's attention-to-details at this property was so great and commended. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked up. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. Easy access to convenience shops and food courts. Very good for family stay. Will come again in future. Thank you, Noralifah.

Both Timurbay's stay and facilities are of high quality. Good internet, lovely shower, pleasant bed, nice pool, right on the beach and an excellent host. We stayed for 6 weeks and got housekeeping in between, which made the stay great! Timurbay is easily accessible with a bus stop in front of the door, and grab is also easy to do. Finally, there are nice restaurants and shops in front of the property. Even a good supermarket, ideal!

The unit is facing sea-view. Host very responsive. Stable internet connection and we enjoy the Android Tv box. Facilities is awesome. Swimming pool fantastic - guest can swim till 10pm!

Strength: 1. Very responsive prior to check in 2. Flexible with the check in time 3. Excellent location, beautiful and well maintained apartment Weakness: 1. Not as proactive as other hosts in contacting the me before the day of check in - I initiated the conversation in AirBnB app but got no response. Only after contacting the listed number via WA did I get a response. Can improve on this 2. Although generally well maintained, some parts of the apartment felt run down (plastic casing of key and access card a bit flimsy, aircond remote battery needed replacing, flood paneling coming off at the edges) - hope can improve these too 😊

Really responsive and flexible host for an absolutely beautiful getaway with all the amenities one would find at home. Nothing like going to sleep and waking up to the views and sounds of waves crashing on shore.

1 of my top 3 list best stay. Azreen is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Feel very much like own home, decorations is stunning, TV 65 inches, perfect watch scary movies night..🥵🥶. house is cozy and seaview.. better than Timur Bay... Will definately repeat stay if going Kuantan again.. Azreen even allow extend check out to 1 pm since following day no one checking in. Super 5 star host... 🖐

this is good place to stay , walking distance to the beach and the beach very clean. very peaceful place. the host also very efficient and responsive . will come again on April . TQ for the hospitality.

The host is amazing. Very kind and responsive. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. His response and communication are very assuring. I have a little anxiety in case our accommodation was doubled booked, but all was good. I feel safe and secured during our stay there. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beaches with soft sand. We went there in a big group, our children really enjoyed the beach, ATV and the pool. Vast eating places around the area too. Thank you for being a great host!
