Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kuala Muda District

The place is located at the Marina in Penang - a nice spot of its own with restaurants, entertainment and a small mall. The apartment is equipped and suitable for short term and outgoing guests enjoying a marina lifestyle with waterfront, bars and restaurants. The place has a spacious balcony to enjoy the view over the marina site and its strolling visitors. Some construction work has started for creating an additional island across the marina with a slight visual impact on the view from the apartment.

The unit was superb with spacious rooms and also private tub. My kids really enjoyed it.

The apartment is part of the Straits Quay complex which meant there were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. There is very easy access to other parts of Penang using Grab , or the local bus service . The restaurants and bars in the complex means that it can get noisy in the evenings but we did not find this disturbing particularly if the windows were closed. The swimming pool on the same floor is a real bonus. Wendy and Sharon always responded very quickly to any requests and were easy to deal with. This was our second stay in an apartment hosted by them.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Good place to stay, but furniture and TV a bit outdated

Excellent place to stay at. Exactly as described, clean and easy to access. Tesco just across the street, 24 hours convenient store downstairs. Great services and quick response from the host! Very helpful in many ways. Will stay again for sure.

Very nice place to stay. Plenty of spaces , the view is good especially in the night . I know we at the 18th floors, yet still can hear the noise from outside like cars and bikes. The lift was a bit temperamental as my husband was on the lift on Saturday and drop ten floors and gave him and one of the person with him a shock and a bit scary experience he said. Other than the lifts, all good .

We enjoyed the entire stay and there was no flaw to it. The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest during our stay, toilet was spacious and clean. TV channels were awesome, ranging from movies, sports, news, documentary etc. Mr.Leong our homestay owner was professional, our stay experience was beyond our expectation, antique house with lots of charm & on top of it all value for money, it was a memorable 5 star experience and will definitely return again!

It's a great place to stay with family and friends. the location is so great, the placa have a good view and the host is great. Thank you for being a great host for us!

We took a trip to Penang for a week. We enjoyed our stay here, surrounded with a lot of convenient eateries around us. The unit we stay was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay there for the week. Host was also very responsive during our stay there despite that we had to ask some stuffs during the midnight, they answered and helped us even though it was midnight.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building was lovely - amazing swimming pools, a gym, a room for the children to play and a running track, we were really happy. Everything was a good standard. There were lots of shops and restaurants walkable. And as traffic across Penang always seems slow it was nice to be between the beach and George town. Wendy and Sharon were great hosts, clear instructions, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The flat was exactly as in the photos, spacious and very comfortable for our stay of 5 weeks. We would absolutely recommend.

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

The room view is very good.. The location is very good, there is a food court nearby, a public playground and two shopping malls on same row. Will back again

I loved my stay at Vincents place. It was a beautiful home and close to everything. Vincent was also very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und hat in jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch einen großen Pool, Kinderplanschbecken und ein Fitnessstudio. Insgesamt gibt es drei Parkplätze zu denen man 8 Halbstockwerke hochfahren muss. Der Pförtner lässt einen nicht auf dem Besucherparkplatz parken, insgesamt ist der etwas schwierig da er meinen Sohn Fragen gestellt hat die nicht zu seiner Aufgabe gezählt hat. Wir haben das direkt abgestellt und dann hat er auch funktioniert. Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft und tolle Aussicht und Ruhe.
