Friendly host. Clean room and bathroom. Nice ocean view. Room has a/c, fan, strong wifi, balcony, hot water for shower. 24 hour convenience store within walking distance. Clean and safe neighborhood. I used GRAB for airport and to shopping mall. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Alex and Jo are wonderful hosts. I felt right at home and anything I needed was given or offered. The kitchen has everything and location was so close to the beach. I highly recommend this stay

I truly enjoyed my stay so much i’m considering coming back later in the year! felt right at home! Lots of places to eat. JJ s food court within walking distance had a variety of food from around the world really reasonably priced. Local fresh market for fruit, veg, meat and fish! Everything you need within walking distance. The beach was about 3 minutes walk away for a stroll, 101 and 102 bus at top of street to get to George Town/ Batu Ferringhi for sooo cheap!! no more than 2 Ringgit! Jo and Alex probably the best hosts i’ve ever stayed with! I could live here!

Fantastic hosts, super hospitable. Alex saw me struggling with laundry and provided me with a proper bag. Super friendly and chatty, there’s always people over the house so you never feel alone.

We enjoyed our stay throughout. The host was very accommodating. All requests were attended to and well prepared as committed by the host. The place was well ventilated when we checked in. Our stay was at ease as all was prepared as discussed. Nothing was missed. Checked out was easy and flexible, thank you to the host. Will definitely get this place again. Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. Thank you so much Shawn for sharing your home, for your professional and timely responses to our questions, and for making the entire stay so easy and relaxing. Absolute 10/10

best place to stay for big family

Nice , clean, spacious 8bedroom with attached bathroom with quiet surroundings. All rooms comes with AC and water heaters. The living room is abit small for that big house. Appreciate if owner can provide dining table, microwave, hair dryer as added facilities.. Nearby to PLUS NSE, restaurants and marts. Definitely recommended place to stay...
