The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to the central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right outside the door and the high level of comfort.

Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation, because with us you need nothing more than your food and your wardrobe. The house is completely newly renovated and offers everything you need in everyday life, no wish should remain unfulfilled. It is the penultimate house in front of the forest entrance and therefore perfect for walks. Animal roommates are not allowed to stay with us.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
