It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The Bäderbahn [bathing train] runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.
