Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village there are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and quiet area with the forest and snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.

Welcome to our newly built house in Dalbo, Luleå, a family-friendly area close to nature and only 12 minutes from Luleå city. The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Living room, lounge, fireplace, two bathrooms, sauna, inside jacuzzi, washing machine and dryer. Desk and computer monitor. Behind the house is a playground, and only 5 minutes away is Ormberget, with great cross-country skiing trails and a small slope for downhill skiing.

You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.

Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
