Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Aida apartment is centrally located, beautiful beaches and cultural heritage are on walking distance. This modern apartment occupies few levels, it consists of kitchen and living room on the ground floor with exit to the garden terrace and a toilette. On higher levels there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. There are some stylish details in the apartment such as hand made chandelier in the corridor. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
