Mira ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und auch im Winter beheizbar. This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Pascuelas, thank you gor giving us our 1st great Family VACATION after 5 years! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mimi, Russ and family Great for big families!

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Все відповідає тому як на фото, навіть краще! Шикарний вид з балкона на море, зелена, охайна територія, комфортні будинок та тераса! Господар завжди у всьому готовий допомогти! We had a fantastic stay at this property! The view was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to nearby attractions, which made it super convenient. The private beach just 10 seconds away was such a highlight, with tanning beds reserved just for us and a cozy sitting area near the water for relaxing. We loved having our own table and chairs outside to enjoy meals with that stunning view. The place was very clean and just as described. The host and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, coming by on the third day to change our towels and sheets, which was a nice touch. Parking was great, and the welcome snacks made us feel right at home. There were a few minor inconveniences: the pan and shower handles were broken, we found a baby scorpion and small centipede in the bathroom, and after a rainy night, we didn’t have warm water for a short time. But these were minor compared to how wonderful everything else was. Recommend!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή!!!Ειχε τα παντα μέσα και επειδη είχαμε και ένα μωρό 14 μηνών είχαν προνοήσει για παιδικό καρεκλάκι και παρκοκρέβατο!Ειχε ησυχία, δίπλα στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο της Νικητης.Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μοναδική!!! Η κυρία Μαιρη προθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ο,τι ζητήσαμε και πολύ φιλική!Μας πρότειναν παραλίες για το μωρό και ήταν όλοι τους παρά πολύ φιλικοί!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο μέρος θα το επιλέξουμε!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Appartement avec un grand espace de vie et la mezzanine avec les lits. Une immeuble tranquille en cette fin de saison. Très belle vue, terrasse au soleil le matin et à l'ombre le soir. Pleins de restaurants dans cette petite ville sympathique (Afytos) et tout accessible à pied. Jolie plage plus bas aux eaux transparente. Bref super séjour ou rien ne nous a manqué. Merci

The appartment is brand new and well equipped with beautiful view towards the sea visible from the second floor. Very friendly host. The place is run by a family, so everything is arranged with care. For instance, the place was cleaned every second day with change of towels and bed sheets, which we found very helpful as we travelled with 2 small kids. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is wild/ usually empty and overall the location is perfect if you want to have a bit remote stay. The beach is maybe not the best for kids who cannot yet swim, however, it has its own charm. In close proximity we found also more shallow sandy beaches as well as small cosy villages which were nice to visit.

First of all many thanks to Christina for the wonderful stay, it's always nice to know that you can contact the host at any time if you have questions or problems and you will be helped immediately. The accommodation is really fantastic, even better than in the pictures! Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. If you like to spend your vacations in quiet, relaxed areas then this is the right place for you. The view is amazing, the beach is small but gives you enough room to chill on a sun lounger. The water is crystal clear with some stones in the first two meters but after that it gets completely sandy. I would recommend to wear water shoes. Some complained about the traffic noise, but we didn’t notice any of that. You also definitely need a car to explore Halkidiki and to reach the nearest supermarket, fish shop, restaurants etc. at Neos Marmaras. If you like seafood I would highly recommend you to visit Taverna Ta Kymata, best seafood we had in a long time.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft in Nea Skioni und es war für uns alles perfekt. Wunderschöne Gegend in einem kleinen Fischerdorf mit einer tollen Wohnung. Es fehlte uns dort an nichts, denn wir konnten dort super entspannen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ein Tagesausflug nach Thessaloniki ist auch gut möglich. Zu empfehlen ist das Fischrestaurant im Erdgeschoss, direkt unter der Unterkunft gelegen. Dort kann man sehr gut essen und schöne Abende verbringen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren mit zwei Kinder hier und haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig und war mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag braucht. Außerdem ist die Umgebung total ruhig. Und die schönsten Strände liegen 30 Minuten entfernt. Ich kann das Haus absolut empfehlen.
