The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. The ‘Zuiderpark’ is at walking distance and grocery shops are around the corner. Beach at 40min drive by car

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is geheel voorzien van vloerverwarming welke zelf te regelen is. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. Het is in een rustige buurt. Centraal gelegen t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk en Gouda. Prima t.b.v. bezoek Ahoy Rotterdam. Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht.

Our home with a small garden is situated close to the city centre. It has a mix of modern and authentic elements. A place to feel at home right away. Cozy living room with lounge area, dinner table and working place. A very comfortable boxspring bed in a spacious bedroom with enough space for your luggage.
