Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines de vacances en famille. Un immense merci à Antonis, ainsi qu'à la très aimable propriétaire de la maison, Koula, pour leur réactivité, leur gentillesse et leur simple sens relationnel et humain, si apprécié de nos jours. La maison, le jardin avec ses pommiers, la cour avec son balançoire, les drôles de chats et les volailles... tout a été comme un retour à l'enfance. ❤ En plus, avec la mer à 3 minutes à pieds et avec des voisins hyper sympas. Merci encore et à bientôt!

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

Absolutely Perfect Airbnb! This was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms well finished, and the attention to detail fantastic. Our thoughtful hosts had even prepared us welcome snacks and supplies. This was particularly appreciated as we arrived late. Our hosts met us at the property, showed us everything and gave us an overview of the area and suggestions for our trip. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and full of helpful tips about what to see and do. Check-in was seamless with our hosts meeting us, and everything was exactly as described! The location was ideal, quiet and safe, situated in a lovely traditional village which gave us access to the whole island. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. This is the perfect base for those who want an authentic taste of Rhodes. Thank you!🥰🇬

Hemos tenido una estancia espectacular, Vasilia súper amable y atenta, la casa está genial, impecable y súper bonita. Tiene una muy ubicación y Vasilia nos recomendó sitios para alquilar coches y para comer. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

It’s PERFECT 😍 even better than the photos. I travel the world and these hosts were the most welcoming and lovely I think I’ve ever had! The place is on an adorable street some of the cutest shops and restaurants in town. Everything you need is literally within 1 min walk. Best beach bars are 5 min walk. I’m a digital nomad and on video calls all day and the wifi was strong - no issues! It’s truly a little slice of heaven. 🫶🏻

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Eleftheria war eine super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich toll um uns gekümmert hat. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Sie Nachbarn waren sehr nett und wir haben uns als Familie wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Perfect verblijf. Rustige omgeving. Volledig uitgerust huis. Overal rolluiken aan de ramen. Wij verbleven een week en de handdoeken werden halverwege vervangen. Er zijn gewone badhanddoeken en ook handdoeken voor aan het zwembad of om mee te nemen naar het strand. Goede en proactieve communicatie. Kleine supermarkt en bakker in de buurt die praktisch altijd open zijn.

Had a great stay - it is a great old place which is comfortable and has all amenities. Zafiris is a great host- gave us lots of tips on places to go which we followed and had great food all week. He was very flexible on check out which was really helpful.There are two bathrooms and a TV which aren't mentioned in the description. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing week here - the place was even better than the photos and we were welcomed with open arms and told to treat it like our home upon check in. Always responsive if we had any questions throughout our stay including dropping over a new bbq tool set for us! Great swimming pool, clean spacious bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It’s well worth hiring a car, there is a local coffee shop/bar - Kaiki, who were very friendly, and a couple of local traditional places to grab some food within walking distance, but the car was great for exploring Faliraki and more of the island. Recommend Tsambika beach and exploring into the mountainous areas and lakes too - stunning scenery! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The house is nice with a private garden and great pool that had some equipment with it. The house was very clean and prepared, also included some snacks and surprised me with cooled wine :-) Thank you for that :-) It was a lovely stay with lot of cats which my daughter adored. We are looking forward to come again.

We came for a girls’ trip to celebrate my friend’s upcoming wedding, and this villa was absolutely perfect! It exceeded our expectations the place was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area was a dream, we spent hours relaxing there and truly felt like we were on vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook, eat, and hang out comfortably. Savvas was an amazing host, super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. We had an unforgettable stay and would absolutely love to come back. Already looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful villa. Highly recommend!

Stunning villa in great garden setting. Lovely pool just the right size for a small family group. Lots of outside seating and space both in sun and in the shade. Rooms very clean and linen and towels changed once during the week. Very close to both the harbour and Falaraki bars and resteraunts, approx 5-10 minute walk either way. Good small supermarket just 2 min walk towards harbour. Very responsive to any questions and sorting problems - air con man came within an hour to sort problem, taxis ordered for us to travel to family wedding, transfers were offered to be sorted. Basically a very helpful and responsive owner with nothing being too much of a problem, being there when we arrived to go through everything in the villa and when we left. Would thoroughly recommend.

Endroit super avec un hôte d’une gentillesse sans nom ! Jonathan est toujours disponible pour vous aider ou vous recommander les bons plans du coin. La piscine est un réel atout pour les après-midi de paresse. La vue sur la mer était top et la proximité avec le centre de Pefkos nous a permis de nous déplacer à pied dans la majorité des cas. Encore merci pour ce beau séjour que nous recommandons fortement !

This is a top quality villa. We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Efrosini was extremely helpful with lots of fabulous local authentic restaurant suggestions. My youngest son needed some antibiotics whillst we were there and she helped us with the pharmacist. We enjoyed several nights eating in, using the BBQ and well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend hiring a car if you want to get out and about to beaches and the old town of Rhodes although you could rely on taxis. Thank you for such a great holiday - we loved Rhodes.

We stayed as a large group of 11 people for 10 days and had an amazing time! We enjoyed every minute of it. The description simply fits. So I really don't have anything to add. We especially liked the location, the garden and the many balcony's! We would recommend and we would stay there again anytime!

This home was beautiful and unique with great decor. Great location in the heart of old town. The house is spread over three floors with two bedrooms on the second floor and the third bedroom up top. The host was very kind to provide coffee and tea in the house as well as bottled water in the fridge.

Ein großartiges Quartier, geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Essplatz im Garten ist malerisch und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage in Theologos ist perfekt, binnen weniger Schritte ist alles erreichbar. Und der Strand ist geradezu traumhaft und menschenleer. Danke Stylianos, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei dir!

Les petits déjeuners face à la mer bleu turquoise, le paradis sur terre proche de tout et loin des grands complexes hôteliers, parfait pour nous.

Sehr schönes,neues Apartment mit 2 Bädern und schöner Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage ist ruhig und mit einem Auto erreicht man die Strände rund herum ganz leicht, zu Fuss zum Strand würde ich ca 20 min schätzen. Das Apartment empfehle ich bedenkenlos, vielen Dank für Alles liebe Maria.

Einfach ein traumhaft schönes Häuschen direkt am Meer. Eine wunderschöne großeTerrasse mit Meerblick und sehr liebevoll bepflanzt. Da es das letzte Haus in der Bucht ist war es sehr ruhig und idylisch. Praktisch ohne Verkehr. Die Bucht von Stegna ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, sie ist nicht sehr touristisch aber es gibt viele Tavernen und gutes Essen. Man kann in 10 Minuten hinlaufen. Das Blaue Haus hat eine tolle Überdachung aus herrlichen Blumen, es gab immer Schatten- oder Sonnenplätze. Viele kleine Dinge die einfach alles zum Wohlfühlen bieten. Wir lebten fast nur draussen mit Aussenküche . Das Bett mit Meerblick ist auch sehr bequem und man kann morgens diekt aufs Meer schauen wenn man aufwacht. Mirsini und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein so besonderer Ort, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Mirsini

What an amazing stay in Rhodes! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations and would absolutely stay there again next time we are in town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 30 minutes into Old Town/Elli Beach so for some groups it might be better suited if you have a car. For us, walking was great and Faith was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The sunsets from the balcony were 10/10! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The place is just as described. This is a very unique flat and location. It is right in the heart of Old Town Rodos, within the gated walls of Old Town. You can imagine walking here hundreds of years ago on the cobblestone streets. It is a wonderful place to stay with many restaurants, shops, museums and the original Castle very near. It is also near the harbor to get a boat ride. The flat itself has everything needed to be comfortable. You must be able to walk from your taxi into Old Town and the unit. The host gave very clear directions, but make sure the taxi or your driver follows them exactly. Our taxi dropped us at the wrong gate into Old Town at the beginning of our stay and that was difficult for us carrying luggage through the streets and being lost. Again, follow the directions exactly and confirm the gate with security before your driver leaves. It is across from a coffee shop called Bruno. The host was very helpful. He even arranged a ride for us to get across Old Town.
