Welcome to Sørlandets Perle, Risør With us you can stay centrally in a pretty and newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and free parking. Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Right on the outside you can park the car. Welcome :)

Fleet - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. Idyllic small fleet that is located on the lake Skarvann. There is a single standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a foam mattress. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the deck outside and a fire pit. Important and note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is available toilet in the area. Bed linen/sleeping bag must be brought yourself. Parking is right by the camp * Bed linen is not provided. * Firewood is not provided

Cottage at seafront

Architect-designed cabin with a fantastic sea view. Listed 2023. Two double beds with continental mattress and two extra mattress. Plenty of hiking opportunities in idyllic and enchanting forest terrain. Enjoyable starry skies! Close to bathing area in both fresh and salt water. Rainwater from the cisterns and electricity from solar panels with the possibility of charging PCs, etc. Private sleeping annex. Terrace with good sun and wind conditions throughout the day. The cabin is completely shy. This unique place has a style all its own.

Walking water

Welcome to the Gåsvannshytta, a hidden gem only 30 min from Kragerø. The cabin is peacefully on a toll road, so you can be by yourself. Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

Cabin sleeps 10 and jacuzzi

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.
