The place got everything you need. Did some research so I knew exactly what to expect. Sam was very responsive.

Stayed here unknowingly for a week The upper floor is very quiet and quiet, the aunt is very hardworking. There is also a constant cleaning and bath every day. It is very convenient. There is a private outside in the dormitory, and the guard is not afraid of conflict. The roommates you meet are also of high quality. Everyone is very quiet and not disturbing the price is suitable for people who are suitable for traveling temporarily. Front desk service is gentle and friendly. We can communicate at any time. Hope to have a chance to stay in the future.

Recommended Airbnb for budget travelers: Php9400 for 2 (5D4N)! Correct room size as shown in the pictures (what you see is what you get). Enough for 2 (small-med size). Good AC, gets cold fast. Good & clean bathroom, with water heater. All are avail just as shown in the listing (soap, shampoo, towel, toothpaste, toothbrush, hangers, electric kettle, hairblower). Very convenient Location! The mansion is just at the front of a bus stop (A21 bus to Airport) and MTR TsimShaTsui C2&C1 Exit Sam was very accomodating and responsive, even provided detailed instructions on how to get there, places to visit and where to eat (days before the stay). Sam, allowed us to checkin early since the room was available. Sam was also available when we called him (via telephone outside the building) at 6am when we left the keycard (bags&phones inside) before we checkout. Thank you so much Sam! Amazing place and value for the location. Host was super helpful with checkin and instructions and even gave me an itinerary of things to see while in hongkong and recommended me restaurants/ foods to try. Location is amazing and right beside the subway. He also let me store my luggage on my final day. Would recommend and stay here again next time. 🤗🤗

We had a great stay at Sunok's place. The balcony was lovely! The surrounding area had lots of great food options and was close to public transportation, yet it was still quiet. Sunok was a great host- communicated well and was very proactive. Would recommend this place!

It’s a great location. We traveled with two children and there is a park right behind the house. It was also very conveniently located on the 2nd floor which was great for my wife who is claustrophobic in elevators.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Jean-Pierre and Dora are extremely proactive in making us feel welcome and were super helpful with whatever we needed. Their helper Charie is the warmest person you could ever ask for to greet you after a long journey. She is both available and discrete. The pictures on the listing do not do the house and the view justice. Highly recommended!

Randy’s place was quiet, peaceful, and spacious, particularly by Hong Kong standards. It’s an especially great base if you’re visiting or studying at CUHK and/or hoping to explore or hike in this part of the New Territories. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in HK!

This was the best host ever! Nice, helpful, very caring. The whole family treats you so friendly. Even that is was not in the description, they offered me to have dinner with them and we had amazing time, talking two hours, laughing and feeding their geckos :)) highest recommendation!

I spent very good working days in this room. The room is located near bus stops and train station, so comfortable place both work and trip. If you want to walk seaside road, I also think that it is good reason to stay this room. I enjoyed walking along the road.

Room is clean and tidy. Place is a great stay at Mui Wo island, and has all amenities available around the town, convenient in getting to kowloon and central as well, with an added bonus of not being as congested as central islands. Holly is kind and informative and will offer help when needed. The dog is also very affectionate and friendly, you will miss the dog after checking out.

I didn't want a hotel that was too small and dirty, and since it was the holidays, good hotels were too expensive, so I tried Airbnb for the first time and it was a great choice. Harvey, the host, was very friendly and attentive. From the taxi to and from the airport, to the tourist routes, descriptions of the property, and transportation tips. The house was clean and he provided extra blankets and a heater as it was unusually cold the week we stayed. It really felt like we were staying at a friend's house in Hong Kong.

The house is located near the seaside park in Sai Kung, which is far away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet and beautiful, and can always give you unparalleled sunsets and beautiful skies. Sai Kung transportation is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the house to the subway station, 30 minutes to Central, Hong Kong Island, and 35 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui. This is the most cost-effective place in Hong Kong, and there is nothing like it!The host Rye is decent and kind, warm and hospitable, extremely sincere, knowledgeable and versatile, and being with him always makes you happy and progress, highly recommended to Airbnb travelers!

I live on the sofa bed in the living room. Although it is in the living room, the host will leave the living room when I sleep, giving me a quiet and private space. I feel respected.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. We couldn't have asked for better. The property was very clean, well maintained and spacious by Hk standards. We had everything that we needed for our stay at our finger tips. The apartment overlooked the beach which added to the overall charm. Its just 2 minutes from the beach, grocery store, bus stop and ferry pier. The host was amazing, very responsive and supportive. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone willing to spend a serene and peaceful holiday in Hong Kong. Thank you to the host for making our stay such a pleasant experience.
