We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb in Hong Kong! The place is perfect for a group of 6-8 family/friends, very spacious, with a large bathroom and room sizes that are definitely not the typical cramped apartments you'd expect in Tsim Sha Tsui. I was honestly hesitant to book at first because of some misconceptions about the building, but I’m so glad we went for it. This building is so much better than the other one nearby. Location is super convenient, literally right beside an MTR entrance, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. It’s also walking distance to Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Star, K11 and more. Alice was very responsive to our concerns and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely book again and recommend it to our friends and family!

Best cozy family home TST

We were a party of 5 senior adults staying in the flat for two weeks. The flat was spacious and newly renovated. We were very comfortable in this space. The host Tanguy was extremely receptive and responsive to all our needs. He is an excellent host. The flat is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, easily accessible to the subway line and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The location was amazing. Thank you Tanguy for an amazing stay in your flat.

I am a friendly host who can be reached even at dawn.I was worried that bugs might come out, but I didn't see a single bug!! The interior of the accommodation was very clean and the bed was nice ~ And it was difficult to find a place for multiple people to stay in Hong Kong, but since there was this accommodation, 5 people had a comfortable stay ~

Modern 2BR/2Bath Seaview apt with balcony/1min MTR

I loved it because it was close to the subway and bus stops! There was an entrance on the roadside, so it was easy to find the accommodation, and it wasn't easy to find an accommodation with a high floor, a terrace, and two bathrooms, but it was a perfect accommodation for our family of five! When I saw that there was one towel per person, I asked Ning to add towels, so there were enough towels while traveling, the bathroom was tidy, and the bathroom was well equipped ~! The whole family used it well with 1 mattress bed and 2 air mattresses ~! I also appreciated the dining table, tableware, water, and beer in the fridge ^ ^ They recommended nearby amenities and restaurants, so it was a comfortable and enjoyable family trip thanks to Ning while traveling! Thank you:) I'll come back to this place next time I come to Hong Kong ~ ~ ~

This is a great, super-central apartment in Mong Kok, close to transit, restaurants, shops, markets, everything. The apartment isn't huge, but having three bedrooms and two bathrooms in central Kowloon is very rare, and ideal for a family group. The AC units in each room worked very efficiently to keep us comfortable, and Alice is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Actually i need to booked very late for near CNY holiday, due to sudden group trip. But thankfully it led us to Alice’s place… apparently it was good. Alice is such a nice and responsive host, the room is spacious, complete, clean. And the location is fantastic. So near to everywhere… We love stay at Alice’s place…. We will come back soon!

I love the place. It is near to almost everything. There is a bus stop near that will bring you to the airport; very convenient. There are lots of restaurant or places to eat. Grocery store is just steps away. The building is not so new which is very common in HK but when you reach the unit, its nice and tidy. The elevator is working well. The host made sure that we have enough beddings leaving extra for us to use. We used the kitchen to cook for breakfast. By the way, ladies night market is just 2 blocks away. :-) I will surely book again. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Hong Kong. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong, we highly recommend this Airbnb without hesitation. Many thanks to the host for the thoughtful treats and warm hospitality. We truly felt at home here, and if we ever return to Hong Kong, we wouldn’t think twice about staying at this place again.

Amazing experience staying at Paul’s place on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the heart of the city, with shops (Harbour City YAAY), restaurants, and public transport. It was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we really appreciated the fresh towels, toiletries, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The building felt safe and secure, and checking in was smooth and hassle-free. The host was friendly and responsive. We absolutely recommend Paul’s place in Hanley House to anyone visiting Hong Kong and looking for a great place to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Although the location is not in Yau Tsim Mong, the advantage of Huangpu is that there are many new buildings, and it is quite clean.The neighborhood itself is very close to the subway, so it's still convenient. The host was also very responsive and very nice. He waited for you downstairs to give you the keys when you checked in. After entering the door, the common space including the room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is simple.There are a lot of paintings in the common area, very Chinese beauty, I also like it very much hahahaha.The only thing that I didn't really like was that the room was a little small (maybe it's like this in Hong Kong, where space is at a premium). The bed was a little small, the width was enough, but I'm 175 and it was a little cramped for me.I might be more comfortable if I go down, it's a little crowded if I go up. But for this price, it's generally good. Clean location, convenient transportation, friendly host, tidy house, it's a pleasant two nights I spent in Hong Kong.

Great value, at the MTR exit, very convenient transportation, great location. The bed is very comfortable and sleepy, the interior of the house is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is very cool, and the overall is highly recommended.

David's place was amazing 🤩 Clean, tidy and in a great location! Quite spacious as well! Best location to stay, right in the heart of Mongkok. Only drawback was that it was quite cold (we were there in January), but David was responsive and we found an electric heater in the flat.

I had to book last minute for 3 days as my wife had to be admitted to the hospital. The hotel room was perfect for me. It was clean, comfortable and the location was amazing. I had to extend my stay for another 2 days as my wife was still in the hospital. Although my room was already booked for another customer, Fiona went above and beyond and allowed me to stay and accommodated the other customer in another room. I was truly appreciative given my situation that I did not have to find another accommodation. Thank you Fiona for your kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

The location does not have to be said, especially being able to go directly to the airport.This house is small, but there is a bathroom inside and can take a shower.And there are big houses in Hong Kong, it doesn't seem to be suitable for family travel, it is very suitable for solo travelers like me, great value for money.

Great place but tiny tiny tiny bathroom. It’s certainly not like western bathrooms but it served its purpose and I made it work. The location and size of the place cannot be beat so I definitely would recommend this place for couples/friends or family traveling together. The stairs are no joke. A 3 story walk up in there isn’t bad but with a large 50lb luggage, it can be rough. All that to say, I would stay here again. I traveled as a solo female and felt very safe even returning late at night. I loved that it’s near the wholesale fruit market and I feel like it’s a unique part of Hong Kong everyone should see.
