Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Our family of five stayed in Athens for five nights and loved the home. The location is perfect - the Plaka neighborhood is quaint with lots of restaurants and shopping, not to mention incredible archeological sites, nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and allowed early check in to accommodate our early arrival. We loved it!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich nett und aufmerksam – sogar mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken! Das Haus ist ein Kunstwerk für sich: voller kreativer Details, liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Jeder Raum erzählt eine Geschichte. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Athen mal anders erleben möchten! Danke für die unvergessliche Zeit! 🎨✨

Ήταν τέλειο

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und zum Glück mit Innenhof Balkon verhältnismäßig ruhig. Es hat uns gefallen…!! Achtung beim Aufsperren, der untere Schlüssel ist am ersten Abend sofort abgebrochen. Gegenüber ist ein Schlüsseldienst, wir haben 2 neue machen lassen 😀

The apartment was great; a small studio very nicely set up for a weekend visit to Athens. Stella communicated well and had great recommendations for the neighborhood. The location was convenient and a quiet area in a lively area, the best of both.

We had a fantastic stay at George’s place. It is in great location, 15 minute walk (roughly) to the main attraction in Athens: The Acropolis and only a 1-2 minute walk across the road to the metro so you can easily travel anywhere around Athens. The apartment was very modern, clean and cosy. We felt at home straight away. Shower was awesome! Thanks for a great stay!

Had a great stay in Athens at Nick and Eleni’s apartment! They were extremely responsive and helpful and made our trip very smooth! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Athens!

L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos et à la description. L’équipement est fonctionnel Le logement est très confort et proche des commerces (Lidl à 2MIN à pieds), des restaurants, des cafés… Le quartier est agréable, peu touristique donc sympa pour voir un autre mode de vie. Le métro et le tramway sont très proches donc très bien pour rejoindre le centre d’Athènes, les lieux touristiques ainsi que le port. L’aéroport n’est pas si loin en transport même si un taxi reste plus préférable L’arrivée et le départ autonomes sont tres agréables et pratique. Je recommande !

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sie war sauber, hat alles was man benötigt und auch Ivett hat bei Fragen innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Wir vermuten, dass neben uns eine Schule war, da wir unter der Woche immer wieder von einer Schulglocke und schreienden Kindern geweckt wurden. Ausschlafen war somit mit einem leichten Schlaf nicht immer möglich. Wir konnten von unserer Unterkunft jedoch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreichen und auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gab es in der Nähe. Alles in einem waren wir super zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Appartamento splendido e fornito di tutto. È situato in un quartiere tranquillo e vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche. io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ciao e grazie.

Perfect location and excellent accommodations for 2 couples. The apartment was nicely decorated, super clean, and very comfortable. It was in walking distance to the Acropolis but not too touristy. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. Louise was communicative from day one to the end. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Athens.
