Just renovated designer, cosy, urban 2-bedroom apartment in the up-an-coming neighborhood of Koukaki. This apartment boasts 54 sq. meters (581 sq. feet) of sparkling luxury. This is a first floor condo (but somewhat higher up than usual) with elevator access. The entrance opens into the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The hallway leads to the bathroom and 2 separate private, bedrooms . The bedrooms are each equipped with a queen sized bed, a/c and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Very close to the apartment are two pedestrian streets full of traditional and modern restaurants, coffee shops and bars for all taste from the morning until the next morning!

The location is ideal-it is a 3 minute walk from the Sygrou-Fix metro stop and a 10 minute walk from the Acropolis metro stop. Down the street from the house there are many tavernas, cafes, bakeries, bars including an organic food store on the corner. There are two lively pedestrian zones nearby.
