Beautiful Cottage Plettenberg Bay/Keurbooms River

What a wonderful experience! Peter and Anjo are amazing hosts, they truly care about their guests and are always available and responsive. The cottage is well appointed, with everything you need. The location was just perfect, 2 min to the beach, 8 min into Plett and so many restaurants close by. The cottage is also in an eco estate and was so quiet and peaceful, with springboks roaming around which added to the joy of our experience. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Lavender Cottage Plettenberg Bay

I normally do not rate higher than four, five is perfect and there is very little perfect in our world. I could rate our stay in Lavender Cottage, Plettenberg Bay a six. From arrival we were at home. Basie and Marie were friendly, helpful and made sure that we were comfortable and had whatever we needed. They were always available, but never overbearing. The flatlet was clean, comfortable with whatever we could expect, and more...all at a very reasonable price. Close to the Spar, about five minutes walk: close to the Robberg Beach, less than fifteen minutes walk; close to Central Beach and its restaurants, about twenty minutes walk (we are past our mid-seventies); about three minutes drive from the centre of Plettenberg Bay(Main Road) and just more than five minutes drive from a new shopping centre with, amongst others Checkers and Dischem. All this in a very quiet neighbourhood, and the flatlet in total privacy in secure area. We stayed four weeks and will be back.

Great stay. The host was very quick to respond whenever I had a query. There’s variety of essentials available for use from dish washing liquids, utensils, tea variety , regular seasoning options 🧂etc. The shower pressure can be a bit intense, and the pool was dirty on the day we decided to use it. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay with my friend. Also love that this place is closely located to most of the key tourist attractions in Plett. Loved it!

This was a beautiful place that was an ideal stopover on our journey to and from the Transkei. It was quiet, comfortable, close to the sea and the Blue Rock restaurant which had fabulous food. It made us long to return to Nature's Valley for a longer holiday.

Karen describes the cottage as organic and she'd be right although I'd say it's rustic. If you're looking for boutique hotel finishes this is not for you. There was everything we needed and more in the kitchen and the various seating options both indoors and out to take full advantage of the views. Lots of thought has been put into what would make a stay comfortable from a citronella candle to a French press and Moka express (spoilt for choice), little touches that make all the difference. Load shedding is a reality and this has been addressed with battery powered ambient lighting and for cooking you have the choice of a gas 2 plate, braai and Boma fire pit. No stressing about being caught off guard and fumbling around in the dark having lost track of the time. We only stayed 1 night but it felt like much longer as it provided exactly what we needed. We will surely visit again.

We really loved our room at Eleven in the beautiful and save Plettenberg Bay. The room with its beautiful furnitures is perfect for two people staying a few days and nights and has everything needed insight. Philippa is one of my favorite hosts I’ve ever met - she and her husband were most flexible and helpful towards us and gave us some cool insider tips about things to do and the feeling of beeing home since the first minute we arrived. At least we loved the enclosed coffee shop and really appreciated the coffee and crossaint every morning. We would come back any time!

Beeindruckende Lage, unglaubliche Aussicht, einfach unvergesslich der Aufenthalt! Bettina hat uns herzlich empfangen, wir hatten sofort das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich nett. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Die Stimmung war stets gut die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, große Aufenthaltsbereich! Zwei süße Schäferhunde, total lieb und zutraulich und total verspielt! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen

Martin and Iris are great hosts . It was very easy to communicate with them from first booking and throughout the trip, and couldn’t have been more accommodating during our stay.The apartment itself is beautiful with great sea and mountain views from the kitchen/living room and veranda We had a 4 months old baby and everything worked out perfectly.. The check-in //out process was excellent I would definitely recommend Martin's apartment to others.

We hadden een geweldige tijd bij dit fijne koppel. Ze hebben ons echt in de watten gelegd gedurende de 2 nachten dat we er verbleven. Sterke punten: - Locatie - Erg mooie en ruime badkamer - Heel leuk terrasje - Erg vlotte communicatie me de hosts Nogmaals bedankt en als we terugkomen naar Plettenberg, verblijven we zeker graag opnieuw bij jullie! 😃

Loved our visit to Nicola’s cottage. It’s cute and cozy with a beautiful deck that overlooks the forest–perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The space is ideal for those who want to get a way from the buzz of Plett but still have access to the area. The vineyards are also a short drive away. I’ll definitely be back!

Stilvoll eingerichtet! Trotz, dass es mehrere Zimmer im Haus gibt ist es ruhig. Auch die Straße ist ab 8 Uhr abends kaum befahren. In der Stunde vllt. 1 Auto. Nachts hört man nichts. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich!! Alles macht einen gepflegten Eindruck! Kann ich nur empfehlen!
