The house has been fully renovated and furnished to the highest quality in traditional style by excellent local craftsmen. It marries traditional style with all modern comforts. At the front of the house is a walled garden enclosing a private parking place...….while at the rear is a spacious, shaded courtyard.

It is a house of about 79 sq.m., which is a few meters from the sea. At a short distance there is a mini market, beach bars, and taverns. Electrical appliances are available (dryer, iron, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, air condition, washing machine) The capital of the island, Myrina, is about fifteen minutes away by car.

The Olon Farm is located on the tip of the Kondias Gulf at the South part of the island Lemnos (North Aegean Sea). One and a halph kilometers East of the traditional village of Kondias where the area is sparsely built. The Guest Houses were originally a stable and a barn and were renovated in 1998. The guest houses have a breathtaking view overlooking the blue sea of Kondias Gulf. They are complete and autonomous apartments with their own kitchen and wc.

Renovated barn turns into elegant stone house

The house is located on the outskirts of Repanidi village, in the northern-eastern part of the island and it is placed on a hill, away from all other residencies, promoting remoteness and serenity. The barn was originally made in 1910 and was turned into this house in 2016. There is a second living room, which serves as a watch-point, on the upper floor. The airport and Keros beach are only 5km away and the port is 25km from the house.
