Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kotor Municipality

The accomodations worked out great for our stay! Convenient to walk to town, lots of excellent restaurants nearby, and along the waterfront. Vera was very responsive for our questions and when we needed help on something, and also gave suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Highly recommended for a large or small group and worked out very well for our traveling group of 16 to have enough beds for everyone! A great stay for a couple of nights that makes me hope and want to return.

Very nice house in the Luštica peninsula with a beautiful terrace with natural shadow from The trees and nice view on the sea. Perfect location to go around Kotor area. The house is well furnished and rooms are very comfortable.

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

È una casa particolarissima,tutte le zone sono pensate per renderla più comoda e rilassante possibile,le zone esterne sono piacevoli per pranzare e godersi la vista mare,ci è piaciuta tantissimo...bravo Drasko!

The place is great, we loved access to the garden, it was private and cosy. The bay is just down the stairs and accross the road. Very clear water and great swimming. The old town of Kotor is not far away and a walkable distance. A very nice restaurant is also close by. Petar is a wonderful host, very welcoming, always responded to our messages and was proactive about offering ideas for the things to do. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There are a few things that you need to keep in mind though if you are travelling with small children or older people: - there are no sidewalks. Bikes, cars and pedestrians share the road. This makes walking a bit more difficult. You get used to it but it's something to keep in mind. - water socks are a great idea. I don't usually bother with water socks because I'm fine with rocks but I wish I had them this time. The swimming is amazing though. We had a great time and want to come back. Will bring our watere socks next time. :)

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits und man muss immer fahren, um ans Meer zu kommen, letztendlich waren wir aber sehr froh, weil sie sehr ruhig ist und die Küste und die Orte an der Küste sehr voll und laut sind. Auch für Ausflüge ist die Lage günstig, weil sehr mittig und die Küste nach Süden, die Bucht von Kotor oder auch das Landesinnere gut erreichbar sind. Die Vermieterin und ihr Vater sind sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Wonderful apartment in the best location. In a quiet area, a 15 minutes walk to Kotor Old Town, great restaurants from 2 to 20 minutes away, the beaches are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot. There’s a parking spot nearby, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend the place and the host’s recommendations

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Was kann ich hier schreiben. Ich hab noch nie so nette und liebenswerte Vermieter gehabt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Auch ein sehr netter Abend bei den Vermietern Jogi und Magdalena und Gästen war einfach hinreißend. Zu jeder Zeit waren Magdalena und Jogi für uns erreichbar und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Es bleibt einfach ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir möchten uns hiermit nochmals bedanken. Wie versprochen kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Ich kann diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Renata was the best host we ever had in Airbnb and her place was the most tidiest, clean, comfortable and felt absolutely like home. The extendable sofa was very comfortable for 2 people. Renata even gave us some local recommendations which were really helpful especially for parking places. This is the only place we’ll stay when in Montenegro.

Jeśli zależy Wam na lokalizacji w samym centrum Kotoru, to dom miejsce jest zlokalizowane około 3 km (30 minut pieszo), to była jedyna kwestia nie zgodnie z opisem. Poza faktem lokalizacji, gorąco polecam, zarówno gospodarza, jak i samo miejsce. Uroczy widok na morze, blisko cudowna lokalna piekarnia oraz lokalne sklepy. Polecam zabrać, ze sobą rower lub hulajnogę elektryczną, ułatwia dotarcie do centrum i ominięcie korków.

I can’t say enough good things about staying here. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the patios were a huge highlight. It had gorgeous views and was perfect at any time day or night - morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing, and it was especially cool at night looking at the lights of Old Town and the fortress walls. Anja was an especially gracious host with recommendations, quick responses, and clean sheets and towels in the middle of our two week stay. It was a 20 minute walk into Old Town and while you had to pay attention to traffic, it was the perfect distance. There were several nights we could hear a concert or loud party happening across the bay and were thankful we were staying in the peaceful area. If we ever make it back, we will stay here again.

Appartement bien situé avec une vue magnifique. La plage est bondée au mois d'août mais l'ambiance reste familiale. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un très agréable séjour estival (activité, paysage, service)

Beautiful cabin, very well designed, incredible surroundings and very close to national park and old capital city. Very kind and responsive host.

Great host, very friendly and helpful with check-in. The cabin is very clean and on a great spot for exploring nearby history monuments.

Lidija has a truly beautiful cabin - the perfect mix of nature and comfort. We loved the stunning sunsets and the peaceful sunrises that bathed the cabin in light all day. It’s a great spot for hiking and reconnecting with nature, yet it has fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you could need - whether you're staying for a weekend or a whole month. Lidija herself is an incredibly warm and hospitable host. She welcomed us in person with a table full of delicious homemade local treats, and we loved hearing the stories behind the house. A magical stay all around!
