There is one bedroom with a 120cm bed, a well equipped kitchen, electric sauna, shower and toilet in the cottage, and the tapwater is drinkable. You have acces to the cottages own beach with pier and a rowingboat at your use. You can also rent a separate wood heated beach sauna that you can rent for 50€.

The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".
