Hallo, Ich habe in diesem Haus gewohnt. Es war wirklich großartig, geräumig, modern und in der besten Gegend der Stadt gelegen. Die Lage bot schnellen Zugang zum Stadtzentrum sowie zu vielen Einkaufszentren und zahlreichen Freizeit- und historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten – wirklich hervorragend. Außerdem möchte ich mich herzlich für den ausgezeichneten Service bedanken.

Had a great experience at this place in the centre of Yerevan. It is good for 5+ people. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The host was very understandig and let us check in later because we were late from the airport. He also gave us a brief description of surroundings and gave us advice during our stay in Yerevan. The appartment is big and everything stated in the description is working properly (Wi-Fi, washing machine,hairdrier, etc.) Good value for the money, looking forward to come back!

I had a lovely stay at Gevorg's place! The apartment is cute and cozy, with all the listed amenities. Even though the apartment is just on the second floor near a busy street, the trees in front of the windows give you a wonderful sense of privacy! Gevorg is an excellent host, always helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and I'd happily recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

Small,but cozy and clean apartment with a good view to the forrest. A definite bargain for what you are getting out of the place.

Эта квартира прекрасна! Здесь есть всё необходимое для жизни как на короткий срок, так и для длительного пребывания. Всё продумано до деталей, хороший, действительно качественный ремонт, отличная сантехника, тёплый пол в ванной комнате, индукционная плита, кухонные принадлежности продуманы до мелочей, много мест для хранения вещей, разные варианты освещения, уютный балкон, очень удобная кровать. И нагрев воды в отличие от большинства других квартир в Ереване происходит не посредством газового котла, здесь центральная подача (возможно, у дома собственная котельная, вы избавлены от проблем с водой полностью, ночью тоже всегда есть вода). Новый дом, внизу охрана. Удобство расположения в центре бесценно. Красивый вид. Сюзанна прекрасная женщина, очень гостеприимная и отзывчивая, дала все инструкции по заселению, я приехала ночью с позднего рейса без проблем. Также при заселении меня ждала бутылка армянского вина, что было очень приятно! Я обязательно приеду сюда снова!

Хорошая квартира, одобное расположение. Три минуты от площади, вокруг множество кафе, таверны; в шаговой доступности небольшой продуктовый магазин с доступными ценами. В квартире есть посуда, эл.плита, холодильник. Можно готовить. Я довольна, если будем ещё раз в Ереване воспользуемся этой квартирой.

Всё было хорошо и соответствовало описанию, понравилось что в квартире много зеркал, есть посуда, плита, чайник, холодильник и микроволновка. Хорошо оборудованная квартира даже для долгого пребывания. Единственный момент, что ночью становится слышно проезжающие поезда метро из квартиры, но метро работает до 23:00, поэтому это не проблема.

We settled in for 4 days. Everything was wonderful! The place is nice, cozy, there is a balcony. Near a beautiful park and several delicious restaurants. I liked everything!

I had a truly fantastic experience in Gayane & Araik's home. The location was wonderful, right in the centre of the city, on the lively Mashtots Avenue, next to the Persian Mosque, with a wonderful view from the balcony. Just steps away from the bus stop where you can catch the 100 or 201 bus to and from the airport. Few minutes on foot from the Republic Square, it's also surrounded by lots of local shops both on Mashtots Ave. and within the beautiful courtyards. The apartment itself is an absolute gem - wonderfully decorated, fully equipped with anything you might need for either a short or a long stay. What I loved best was the authentic feel of the place - you really feel like a local! All little things in the apartment and in the courtyard reminded me of my childhood in my country.. I would also like to point out the care and attention of the hosts, they were always in touch, with prompt and helpful communication. A huge thank you from my heart, hope to be able to stay again soon!

Harut was a great host and I had such a great experience at the apartment. It was super nice and clean and he provided everything you would need to stay. He made our stay as comfortable as possible and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting!

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful environment to relax in. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Gagik’s hospitality. He made sure I had everything I needed, offering local recommendations, and even checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my stay.

Very kind and responsive host. Super accommodating. Location is unmatched. Highly recommended. They have tea, coffee, and the apartment itself has everything you would need. Best host we've had in our 2 weeks in Armenia.
