Vacation rentals with a pool in Kota Kinabalu

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends.

The view is very beautiful, very close to the pier, easy to go to sea fishing, mangrove forest, etc.

The host and housekeeper are particularly nice, very welcoming, giving us all the support we need, only unexpected and unavailable, a very satisfying travel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and maintained great communication throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and welcoming. The place itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with full amenities—from a first aid kit to thoughtful, child-friendly accessories that really made a difference for our family. I'm very satisfied with the accommodation! Since it was my second trip to Kotakinabalu, I knew where to stay, and as expected, the night market was close, and all the nearby restaurants were within a 10-minute walk, and the nearby mall, Jesselton, was also a 15-minute walk away! After playing in the water, they said they'd warm me up in the taxi with wet clothes, so I took a taxi to go and walked back, but it was a long enough distance to walk! Oh, and the host was kind and let me check out late, so I was able to stay really comfortably even though I had a night flight! There was a comment that said the bathroom smelled, and it did smell a bit when I first checked in! But after staying for 3 nights, it was okay from the next day! I think the smell would have been worse if I hadn't used it! Oh, and another good thing! The balcony is the best! It was nice to sit on the balcony of a passing plane and say hello, and you can see the pool right below, so you can see if there are a lot of people in the pool, and you can go to the pool, and it was nice to sit on the balcony and drink coffee~! It was an accommodation that my parents were satisfied with!

definitely will stay here again, easy to access, middle of city. although the parking you need to pay but still affordable and close to my suite. 10/10 rate, host is friendly and responsive in my time of needs. much love 💘

great location near Tanjun Aru beach and has shops just behind the apartments. A 3-5 minutes walk from Kopitiams and laundries available near shop lot in front of the suites. Nice swimming pool and awesome views of the sea and airport. a little noisy at night due to the planes but nothing soothing music can't fix.
