We stayed in Kota Bharu on our way to the Perhentian Islands and we felt right at home at Sudarwaty's place. There are some restaurants nearby and a convenience store. Be aware that there is a dress code for the swimming pool. Sudarwaty's apartment was a great fit for our family of 4.

Comfortable and Clean Apartment with Thoughtful Host- that's what can I conclude from this stayed. My recent stay at this apartment was truly enjoyable. The space was not only very comfortable but also impeccably clean for 6 of us, which made settling in quite pleasant. The owner's hospitality truly stood out as they went above and beyond by providing bottles of drinking water in the fridge, biscuits and some 3 in 1 drinks, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. However, navigating to the apartment was a bit challenging due to the narrow roads and the somewhat confusing entrance, especially for first-time visitors. It would be helpful for the owner to provide clearer instructions or signage to assist guests in finding their way more easily. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience of the location, I would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality of the owner.

Dhia Homestay 3B/2R for 8pax At Sireh Residence

Very comfortable and clean stay! The host is very friendly and easy to deal with. The location is also strategic, close to eateries and public conveniences. Wi-Fi is very fast and stable, suitable for working or watching Netflix. No direct interruptions throughout my stay. Highly recommended, will definitely come again!

Nice place to stay with your small family, really near to KB mall which is convenient. The apartment maintain well as well. The room absolutely cozy. The room have anything u need, a lot of thing which is great. Might be hard on parking only since there’s not reserved parking but still can park nearby the apartment. Luckily it’s public holiday so we don’t need to pay parking fee to MPKB. Overall the host also very kind and responsive. Definitely gonna booked again in the future

Very nice apartment, clean and with everything you need. The bathroom is large and the shower works well, so does the washing machine. Everything was fine. Natasyaa communicates very well and facilitates the stay. The extra mattress is a real plus for two people. We highly recommend it.

The whole building looks run down but the apartment was the total opposite; clean and homely. We have everything we need in the apartment. Child friendly too; we travelled with three kids 5 and below. Would totally recommend this place!
