Spacious, nice and complete furnished villa in Koskullskulle. Kitchen, living room, 5 bedrooms, 2 shower. Sauna. 10 min drive to Gällivare and ski resort Dundret. 5 min drive to LKAB. Fiber internet (Wi-Fi) is available and included. Cleaning is done by the guest before check-out or a cleaning fee is paid, from SEK 700 to SEK 2600, depending on the length of stay and number of people. Bath towels and bed linens are not included, but can be rented for a fee (SEK 150/person).

The house is newly built, has a private location, large plot with the possibility to connect a motor heater. 2 bedrooms as well as a large living room in the loft with sofa bed.

Välkommen hem till våran gård. Vi erbjuder en stuga från 1970talet på våran tomt. Huvudhuset ligger alldeles intill, där vi med våra 3 barn och 4 hundaroch 3 kaniner bor. Vi har små barn och många projekt igång ❤ Även friluftsmänniskor som ägnar största delen åt jakt, fiske, hund och skogslivet. Är ni intresserade utav det så har ni hamnat på rätt tomt. Vi bor 10 km från Kiruna centrum och 3 km från ishotellet i Jukkasjärvi.

Enjoy your stay in our cabin with loft and wood stove, a place for dog lovers. Meet our Alaskan Huskies, who run free on the yard every day for 1-3 hours. Relax in the sauna and hot tub and take a walk to the nearby River Kalix and enjoy the Nature surrounding us. The good fishing opportunity is worth mentioning. The bathroom and kitchen are outside the cabin within 25m.

Sleep under the stars and the dancing aurora lights in this rare and unique cone! In the daytime cuddle with our friendly reindeers (reindeer from around 17th December) and after a long day out in the cold, take a time out in our traditional wood fired sauna. Romantic, memorable and definitely one of a kind living!
