Ilios House Is ideally located right inside the medieval old town of Rhodes in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100m away from the old town’s market place. The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . A few minutes away from many of the island's points of interest, relax in this peaceful, modern, and stylish space. The house includes a large bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and an open-plan area where the living room(sofa-bed) and kitchen are located. Additionally, the magnificent outdoor space with views of the village of Koksinou and the sea will reward you. Finally, there is a free parking spot for your car outside the house. The house can accommodate four people, and all spaces are private.

The ground floor can host up to 2 persons on the sofa-bed , having at its floor a private bathroom, the kitchen and the backyard. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.

Marouli Traditional Villa

The location of Traditional House "Marouli" is close to the central chuch of the village, almost 500m from the main square. The house was passed down from generation to generation for over 200 years and was completely renovated in 2020. It has 1 main space which includes the living room, the dining room, 2 double beds, 1 bathroom and a dressing room. In the second area of ​​the house is the kitchen and 1 king size bed. The house has also a second bathroom and a private courtyard.

Heliareti is located at the traditional village of Koskinou, a charming place 8 km from downtown and 1 km from the beach. The house stands at a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and traditional Greek restaurants(about 5 minutes walking distance). Consists of 4 bedrooms(1 private, 2 loft bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains for privacy and 1 open-concept bedroom), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and a private courtyard,can host up to 8 people.

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.
