Vacation rentals with beach access in Koskinou

Moderne Einzimmerwohnung mit tollem Meerblick - Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus zu sehen! Frei stehendes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit viel Natur in der Umgebung. Mietwagen würden wir empfehlen, ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Alternativ ist eine Bushaltestelle & ein Supermarkt in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gute Ausgangslage für Erkundungen rund um Rhodos - wir empfehlen einen full round trip; auch gut per Mietwagen in ca. 15 Minuten in Rhodos Stadt, der Sonnenuntergang ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders gefreut hat uns das Willkommensgeschenk mit selbstgemachte Orangenmarmelade & Olivenöl :) Wir würden wieder kommen!

Το στούντιο του κ. Μανώλη βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια και στην Παλιά Πόλη και στη σύγχρονη αγορά, κοντά σε πολλά καφέ και εστιατόρια. Παρόλα αυτά υπήρχε πολύ ησυχία στο σπίτι και στο μπαλκόνι που ήταν πνιγμένο στο πράσινο. Ο χώρος όπως ακριβώς στη φωτογραφία,μελετημένος σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Πρώτη φορά βρήκα παπούτσο θήκη σε ενοικιαζόμενο σπίτι!!! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!!

Der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man sieht die türkische Küste und kann viele vorbeifahrende Schiffe beobachten. Die tolle Altstadt von Rhodos ist schnell zu erreichen ( wir haben einen Parkplatz beim Diagoras Stadion gefunden). Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist für Spätankommer ideal. Die Flugzeuge hört man auf dem Balkon kaum.

Prachtig tuin met veel zitplekjes. En wij hadden bij ons appartementje een fantastisch dakterras. Een oase van rust in de oude stad.

Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November für eine Woche im Marini Seaside. Für uns war es ein kleines Paradies: wunderschönes sauberes Zimmer, 150 Schritte vom Bett ins Meer, Strandtücher und Liegen wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt und das Essen war mega lecker. Das Schönste aber war die Herzlichkeit unserer Gastgeber, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben. Das gesamte Team ist großartig und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse der Taverne wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen es war alles so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und konnte auch sehr gut Englisch als wir ankamen hat er uns auch direkt gesagt was es alles in der Umgebung gibt. Und er hat mir auch viele links geschickt wo man gut essen kann oder tolle Bars so wie Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und wurde Wasser/Bier/Wein/Soft Drinks und ein bisschen Obst zur Verfügung gestellt. (Kostenfrei)

Our stay with Panagiotis was fabulous. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The location offered a less touristy feel, but was still very close to all of the main attractions. Communication was superb and instructions for check-in and location were very clear. The hosts were unbelievably helpful from an early check-in to storing our bags before our departure!! Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Eleftheria war eine super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich toll um uns gekümmert hat. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Sie Nachbarn waren sehr nett und wir haben uns als Familie wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, es hat alles super geklappt und in dem AirBnB kann man sich wirklich nur wohlfühlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt wunderbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel sur l'île de Rhodes ! Le logement était impeccable très propre, parfaitement équipé et vraiment confortable. Les propriétaires ont été d'une grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles et attentionnés, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Les habitants de l'île sont très accueillants et chaleureux, ce qui donne une belle ambiance générale. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Rhodes dans les meilleures conditions

Had an amazing time in Rhodes thanks to the hosts who provided a lot of recommendations. The location was great, lots of nice restaurants & attractions in walking distance. Great communication & really friendly hosts who made us feel welcome, would recommend and stay again :)

The house was spotless and private. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was our highlight. The host has the house fully equipped with toasters, coffee machines, fridges also in the rooms, hair dryer, clothes iron, shampoos, shower gels, clean soft towels. Wish every stay in holidays was like the one in Ialysos. Would recommend to rent a car though for Rhodes in general. Thank you for the nice holidays!

We can’t say enough about Marianna and her house! Old Town Rhodes- I don’t know how you wouldn’t love it! Just so beautiful and medieval ! The house was rustic and lovely ! The beds comfortable and Marianna left us wine and fruit and we enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard ! Everything is in walking distance and the weather was amazing ! We highly recommend !!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa al Mare! The property was even better than the photos—clean, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the view of the sea each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to local tavernas, beaches, and historical sites. Katerina was incredibly warm and helpful, providing local recommendations that were great. The check-in process was seamless, and the space felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the small touches—fresh fruit on arrival, local wine, and a printed guidebook with insider tips. Highly recommend the grilled Sea Brim at Gorgona Kind Regards Ken and Sue

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber, alles was es braucht an ruhiger und exklusiver Lage, 200 m vom nächsten Parkplatz (7 Euro/Tag, vor Ort buchbar und mit KK bezahlen). Top Service beim Check-in, täglich frische Tücher und Abfall geleert. Lindos ist einer der zauberhaftesten Orte in Griechenland. WLAN ist etwas schwach, aber fast konstant - wenn ich noch ein Feedback zur Optimierung geben kann. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und die grossartige Hilfe mit unserem schweren Gepäck.

A great place to stay if you're planning to visit Rhodes. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the city. If you want to party, visit the old town or go to the beach, everything is easily accessible from the apartment. The apartment was great and we have no complaints. Would reccomend it 100%.

Wir hatten super schöne Ferien und einen guten Aufenthalt bei Michail. Das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Der Pool war auch super. Danke Michail für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Dir, wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.

We had a wonderful time at L&C apartments. The staff was super friendly, we had a room close to the garden where our child had lots of space to play. Zafeira even provided some toys of her own children. We made use of the kitchenette in our apartment, while enjoying the hotel and cleaning services. Perfect combination when travelling with a young child!

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche auf Rhodos verbracht. Die Wohnung von Nikos und Katerina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr privat, etwas außerhalb der Kleinstadt Kremasti. Im Erdgeschoss leben Nikos und seine Familie, von denen wir aber nichts gehört haben. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Airbnb Wohnungen, welche sich auch nicht gegenseitig stören. Auf der Vorderseite befindet sich eine mit der anderen Wohnung geteilte Terrasse mit Tisch und Palettensofa, an der eigenen Wohnung ein größerer Balkon mit Tisch, Sofa, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Whirlpool. Der Strand ist ca. 500m entfernt, auch das Dorf 500m in die andere Richtung. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen (5min mit dem Auto) sind natürlich alle Flugzeuge zu hören, was uns aber nicht gestört hat und wir auch vorher wussten. Der Flughafen Rhodos hat auch nachts noch Betrieb, vereinzelt starten & landen also auch gegen 3 Uhr nochmal ein Flugzeug. Bei Bedarf liegen aber Ohropax im Schlafzimmer bereit.

Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut gelegen in einem kleineren Örtchen. Strand direkt über die Straße. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat schnell bei Problemen geholfen.

Definitely a great place to be based in Rhodes , close to the beach and restaurants/ bars but within walking distance of the old town .. Really a top class air bnb , from the coffee to the toiletries and comfy bed … it’s a class above most air bnbs . Georgios also let me have a late check out which was great …

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our host Eleni welcomed us warmly, showed us everything and was super proactive with recommendations and answering any questions. The spacious apartment was super clean, just like on the pictures, equipped with everything you need and the private patio is just lovely. We also very much appreciated the provision of beach towels. We would definitely come back and can only recommend Eleni's apartment.
