Waterfront vacation rentals in Kosciusko County

Loved staying at this home! It fit our family of 6 adults perfectly. Very well-stocked house.

My fiancé and I had family to see in Warsaw, IN and love to bring our 2 dogs on our visits. The backyard is a wonderful size for our dogs to get their zoomies out and go on a sniffari of the property. The home itself is so cozy and beautiful with all the natural lighting. We felt right at home and were very comfortable. Anna's property is one that we are sure we will return to for future visits to the Lake City area

Our hosts were amazing! They took us in with a warm welcome and support after we were in immediate need of housing. The amenities were excellent from coffee to toothbrushes, dishes and linens. They had everything we needed to walk in and get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the view, sunshine and time together with our family.

Excellent house and host. From the get-go, Christine was uber responsive to any and all questions that we had re: the house and area. House is nicely appointed with all that's necessary for a great stay...plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, etc... Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were above average and the extra niceties such as TP/paper towels, toothpaste, cotton swabs, etc. put the "extra" in extra touch. Our families gathered for Easter and had a total of 10 in the house and we didn't feel cramped by any stretch. The additional "living room" upstairs provided for a great area for the kids to hang out while the adults spent our time downstairs. Weather was so-so but we were able to get in one fire outside around. We made a day in town at the Antique Mall and River Coffee House and went north to Syracuse to grab a few beers at The Frog. Other than that, we just enjoyed some great family time at the house. Highly recommend this house if you're in the area.

This cottage is perfect for a getaway. Clean. Real clean not the tidy clean some claim as clean. Pictures are correct. We loved that the cottage had a pier to tie up our boat. It’s in a channel about three lanes wide & you ‘parallel park’. The pier has poles not cleats to tie to. It’s our first boating season & we have been visiting different lakes & setups - thought this might be helpful to share. Our children loved the book selection, the foldable stool, & the “bar” island table. We had a great time fishing on the lake during our stay - the water was so clear! Speaking of water, yes, the cottage’s water has a sulphur smell which is typical of Indiana but taste is fine (cooking, brushing teeth, etc.) Neighborhood was quiet in the fall when we stayed. The neighbors were kind & friendly. We felt welcomed by Nicholas, his information, & the amenities (basic spices, towels, utensils, tp, handsoaps, etc.) We would rent again.

Perfect location for me, having grown up in Syracuse, it was a great jumping off point for re-exploring the area and visiting old friends!

Adam’s place was as described. Kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds and lots of towels. The view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake view, immaculate living conditions, cozy beds and indoor seating layout, as well as a perfect fire pit setup made for a wonderful spot for my mom, sister and I to celebrate a milestone birthday. We appreciated the view while we sipped coffee in the morning and Aaron responded immediately when we needed a password to access the television on our last night. An easy 10 minute drive to the quaint village area for shopping and dining, I would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage to others looking to spend time on the lake.
