A house with all modern comforts. There is a dining room on-site. Bicycles are freely available, and you can reach the Ros River in 20 minutes by bike. A cozy place that guests have loved since 2023. A restored Ukrainian house with modern comfort. There is a dining room on-site. Bicycles are freely available, and you can reach the Ros River in 20 minutes by bike. A house hidden between elms and maples, a 5-minute walk through the garden to the playground of our estate, with a picturesque view of the slopes of the village of Mykolaivka. Each house is decorated with ceramic works by our friends and artists - David Sharashidze and Gia Miminoshvili.
