Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

The accommodation was well equipped, very clean and we liked it overall, especially the terrace! Mirjana was very friendly, helpful and quick to reach at any time. Overall we had a very nice time, the place is highly recommended 🧡

We so much enjoyed our stay! Matea gave us excellent recommendations for our time in Trogir. The villa is situated near Trogir where we had wonderful meals and a nice boat tour that Matea suggested. We enjoyed the hot tub while looking at the nighttime lights and the pool was wonderfully warm during our October stay. Such a luxury treat with gourmet coffee, expensive toiletries, and top of the line kitchen appliances and tableware. We were so impressed with the details that make a vacation so special. Well Done!!!

We came to visit Split and its surroundings for a few days, and this apartment won us over. Beautiful view, spacious apartment, large terrace. Close to Trogir. We recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The equipment includes everything you need, there were even more things than in the description. Contact with Antonia was seamless and very fast, and all of our additional wishes were fulfilled. The location is superb - beaches, several restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk, while still being quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great vacation :)

We spent 3 nights at Ivan’s apartment and all went well. The place is as described and nicely located, very close to a beach and close to Split (also close to Split airport btw). We very much appreciated the shadowed terrace for breakfast and dinner. We recommend.

Great apartment for those travelling with a car as it has private and spacious parking. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and the old town. Apartment has all the amenities required for a short stay.

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful apartment and were completely thrilled. The apartment is not only extremely clean and well maintained, but also furnished with a lot of love for detail. The surroundings are simply fantastic – perfect for relaxing walks and exploring. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming area and a short drive to many beautiful beaches.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can walk to the center of the old town within 5 minutes. The balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and dear hostess. She picked us up by car from the parking lot, as you cannot park in the streets near the apartment or it is better not to. She gave us many tips for the area and the city. We will be happy to come back ❤️

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants.
