Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. A perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

The variable and cozy new BUNGALOW overlooking the sea was built in 2013. The apartment is cozy and stylishly furnished and perfectly located, 1 to 2 minutes to the sea. A living area of 65 m², with 2 small bedrooms (1 double bed/2 single beds), 1 single bed/room niche and 1 sofa bed in the living room is space for a large family or two couples. A winter garden for the cooler days. Terrace with outdoor kitchen is especially fun for cooking.

Apartment is part of Agrotourism Mornarevi Mlini. There is our eco-garden by the house where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. During winter period we have special offer with great price which can be agreed and optional organized activities (fishing trips, olive garden, excursions,...).

130 m from the sea – ideal for digital nomads! The apartment is 130 aprox meters from the sea and from the dog beach. We offer a double room with a private bathroom, a room with two single beds that can be connected if needed, a kitchen with a dining room and a two-seater, and a bathroom. The beautiful spacious terrace has seating for 4 people and two beds. Air conditioning, linens, towels, and wifi included.

The newly renovated cottage with 45 m² and 2 rooms is located directly on the Adriatic coast between the cities of Zadar and Sibenik, each 35 km away, in the village of Drage. The 2 rooms are designed for 4 people. 2x TV with satellite, air conditioning, terrace, kitchen, grill In 2020, we have 2 stand-up paddle boards for our guests to borrow. This way the island world can be explored even better.

There are only a few neighbours in the vicinity so the nearby (50m) beach is never crowded. The location is accessible by car by the 3km long macadam road that connects it with the main island road.
