Beautiful apartment right in the centre with short walks to most places you’d want to visit in Zadar.

Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

Wir waren mit Hund und Kleinkind 3 Wochen bei Boris in der Unterkunft und es war wirklich toll. Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick sind das Highlight, aber auch das Bett ist bequem, die Wohnung wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sogar kostenlos gereinigt und es war alles wie angegeben an Ausstattung vorhanden. Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer oder im Naturschutzgebiet und hat viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Als es ein Problem gab hat Boris sofort reagiert. Wirklich toll, wir haben für das nächste Jahr direkt wieder gebucht und würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Mein zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt in Anas schönem und gut ausgestatteten Appartement war sehr angenehm. Es gibt einfach alles, was man benötigt, inkl. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Das Appartement selbst ist gut durchdacht, sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Die schöne Gasse im alten Murter Stil über die das Haus auch erreicht werden kann ist sehr malerisch und sollte auch erwähnt werden. Ana ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Ich bin zwar mit dem Auto gekommen, habe mich aber in der ganzen Stadt Murter und Betina zu Fuß fortbewegt und dafür ist die Lage sehr gut. Die Strände Čigrada und Slanica sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und man spart sich die Parkgebühren. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt keine 5 min. entfernt, größere sind etwas weiter, aber auch gut erreichbar. Sobald es die Jahreszeit erlaubt komme ich bestimmt wieder und werde als erstes die Verfügbarkeit bei Ana prüfen.

Apartmán sme si prenajali mimo hlavnej sezóny, bol čistý a útulný, hostiteľka veľmi milá. Parkovanie vo dvore, poloha Pirovac výborná poloha na cestovanie a spoznávanie na všetky strany.

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön! Das Apartment mit der Dachterasse war atemberaubend und alles war modern und sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch freundlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfsbereit! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Etwas abgelegener aber nah an split und zadar ( ca1h mit dem auto ) nah am Nationalpark Krka. Der sehr schön ist. Tolle Aussicht. Whirlpool auf dem Dach, der leicht zu bedienen ist. Es gab jeden morgen Kaffee

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

Ante war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hat uns kurzfristig bei der Lösung unserer Herausforderungen unterstützt. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Ante guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

To był wspaniały pobyt. Wspaniali, gościnni gospodarze. Piękne miejsce z bezpośrednim dostępem do morza. Dostępny taras, grill, ogródek, leżaki, parasolki na plaży. Dominik i jego brat byli pomocni w każdym czasie (wypożyczalnia rowerów, skuterów, hulajnog elektrycznych, Łodzi, motorówek). Aurelia i jej mąż byli bardzo gościnni, są wspaniałymi ludźmi. Polecam wszystkim. Dziękuję i do zobaczenia 😉

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Das Apartment 3 im 1. Stock ist riesig für 2 Personen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gute Lage direkt am Sandstrand von Jaz. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Vorsaison kann man dort einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank an die liebe Gastgeberin.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

This is a perfect apartment for a stay in the beautiful Trogir. The host has thought of everything and there was nothing missing. Check in was super simple and the apartment was super clean. The bedrooms were good sizes and the terrace was perfect for sunbathing, reading our books and a dip in the hot tub. It’s super quiet and private. The location is less than 10min walk into the town and 5min from a large supermarket and cafes.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, liegt sehr ruhig und doch kann man zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Hafen laufen. Kleine Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung. Slavko und seine Frau sind fantastische Gastgeber! Wir wurden mit selbst gemachtem Kuchen sowie einem leckerem Schnäpschen und selbst gebackenem Brot, Salami, Speck und Co empfangen. Alle Gäste wurden zu einem gemeinsamen Mittagessen eingeladen, was Slavkos Frau gekocht hatte. Es war super köstlich! Auch die Bootsfahrt mit Slavko können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir haben sie total genossen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!!!

Wir haben die Wohnung mit Google Maps nicht gefunden, weil in der Adresse die Hausnummer "3" gefehlt hat. Iris und die Nachbarn haben uns aber super weitergeholfen. Iris reagiert auf alle Anfragen prompt und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist der Hit!!! Vielen Dank an Iris :-)
