Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Overall a hassle-free stay. At check-in AJ was very responsive to my questions and there were no issues. The location is perfect, in the middle of all the action. Definitely a plus with parking included. The apartment was clean and spacious. If there were a coffee maker and more hooks in the bathroom the amenities department would've been perfect, but they did not affect the overall stay. The really big patio that faces south is a big plus, you can get your tan without going to the beach. I would totally recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to book!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

This was a fantastic place for my partner and I to wind down after a month long trip. Quiet, easy parking, washing machine and dryer (came home to Aus with 3/4 of our washing already sorted), pretty good location to all of the LA activities and very clean and comfortable. Vee was fantastic and very responsive, even though the place was immaculate and we had no issues to report anyway. The actual address is a little different to what is listed on the property but Vee was very upfront about this and checked the address with us was okay before confirming our stay. We really appreciated this! I will be recommending this place to any of our friends and family who are traveling and staying in LA.

Excellent accommodation option for a stay in DTLA. Beautiful and spacious room with a range of amenities. Conveniently located close to shops and transport. Easy to reach major DTLA sights. Most importantly, staff members are doing an absolutely remarkable job in keeping the accommodation clean and secure. Hope to stay there again in the future!

I absolutely fell in love with the skyline line views from the large windows at this Airbnb! The amenities of the pool and jacuzzi area were beautiful, spacious, and also provided another stunning view. James provides clear instructions and is always available to answer questions. The place was stunning and clean as soon as we walked in. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb!

This place was amazing for my 16 day stay. I was traveling from FL to California, due to work and this was everything as advertised. The place was in the best of the best location. The balcony has the most gorgeous view and the unit was super clean and fancy and the bonus bedroom was a plus as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in the heart of downtown LA. You will not be disappointed all around.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Cozy and comfortable place. Matched the photos. I had to adjust my arrival date and Maxime took a little longer to respond once. Every interaction was very quick and helpful. The instructions, videos and photos were spot on so follow them precisely. The apartment was very clean and airy. I love to cook and was very happy with the utensils and cooking pans. There was even seasoning available to use. There was a Whole Foods a 10 mins walk away. The neighborhood is on the rebound and I didn’t feel unsafe. You can drive or walk around. I would definitely stay again.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Quiet, lovely space. Hot tub, kitchen, grill, washer & dryer were fabulous. (Kitchen well equipped.) The shower, while clean, is quite small. (Keep this in mind for anyone 6’ and above.) Street parking was simple and Nicole’s recommendations for establishments were appreciated. We felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the night view was stunning. The security system was excellent — you need a key card to enter the building and use the elevator, which made me feel very safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
