A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The wooden pond district is located in a quiet residential area to the adjacent museum yard and the museum harbor. There are restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further via a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes' walk with the market square and all the various shopping, doctor's offices and other daily needs offers. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.
