Die Universität ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle zur Uni liegt ca. 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.

Der kleine Flur führt in das Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Doppel-Induktionskochplatte). Meine Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Auf der Weissmark, in unmittelbahrer Nähe des Naherholung und Naturschutzgebietes Mattheiser Weiher .
